The staff are all very friendly. The supermarket at the entrance is very convenient, since the nearest place to shop is a bit further away. Upon arrival, check-in was also perfect and very friendly.
The... campground was also very quiet and perfect for relaxing.
If there’s anything to complain about at all, it’s the issue with dogs (as described under “Cons”) and the Wi-Fi, which was sometimes absolutely terrible.
I can’t comment on the adjacent restaurant because we didn’t use it.

This is also noted in our information sheet on vacationing with dogs, which our guests receive upon arrival. There are also several places on the campground where you can dispose of used dog waste bags.
Regarding Wi-Fi: If many guests are online at the same time or weather conditions are unfavorable, you may experience slower connection speeds. We understand that this can be frustrating and appreciate your feedback.

Good access to the campground itself as well as to the individual campsites.
The trash area might need to be adjusted, as there’s an unpleasant odor in the immediate vicinity. The food options still have significant room for improvement. There’s no cafeteria at all. There are also no alternatives in the immediate vicinity during this time of year. A good starting point for a wide variety of activities. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and quiet during the off-season.

Given the size of our campground, we need several waste collection points to keep the distances as short as possible for our guests. The containers are emptied regularly to minimize any potential odors as much as possible. However, this can’t always be completely avoided at a heavily used facility. We’ll certainly take your suggestion into consideration.
It’s a shame that our dining options didn’t impress you. We receive a lot of positive feedback about our restaurant.

Of course, we understand that you’d like to bring your dog along on vacation. However,... during peak season, our campground is very busy, and we host a particularly large number of families with children. If we were to allow dogs during this time, the large number of guests and dogs would quickly make things too crowded for everyone. That’s why we’ve made a conscious decision to implement this policy. During the off-season and early season, however, we very much enjoy welcoming guests with their four-legged companions.
