We’re sorry that you forgot your dog waste bags at home and that there weren’t any available at the Spar supermarket. For situations like this, we always have dog waste bags available at our front desk—just let us know, and we’ll be happy to help. However,... we appreciate your feedback and will work on improving this.
The fact that dogs are not permitted on our property throughout the entire season is due to organizational reasons. During peak season, we welcome a large number of guests, including many families with children. Even if only a portion of our guests arrived with dogs, the number of dogs on the campground would be very high. To ensure a pleasant and relaxing vacation for all guests, we have therefore decided on this policy.

The staff on the campsite, no matter who, are extremely friendly and courteous. For the kids, no matter what age group, there is really something on offer. No time for... boredom.
It was definitely not the last time we visited the campsite.

Perhaps a truck could be found to pick it up here. It was also a shame that the trail on the other side of the road was closed, but of course it wasn't the campsite's fault. But that was always my evening ritual...Third visit and the third time flawlessI have already mentioned the essentials.
There really is nothing to complain about at this wonderful campsite. Whether it's the sanitary facilities, the supermarket, the pitches or the reception. Everything is tip top.
The super nice and competent ladies at the check-in desk deserve special mention,... as they are so friendly, even at short notice, that it's almost scary ;-) This is hospitality as it is written in the book.
The cleaning staff, who ensure the cleanliness of the entire area around the clock, are also super nice and friendly.
In my opinion, there are only 2 things that could be improved.
Point 1:
The sand is getting low at the bathing areas for the kids to dig in, but that should be quite easy to solve.
Point 2: The disposal island could be a bit more structured. Then you wouldn't have to "squeeze past" the glass at the residual waste containers where it can smell a bit stronger on hot days. Basically, better waste separation would not be a bad thing in terms of sustainability.
All in all, I give it 98 out of 100 points.

We’re glad you enjoyed our campground, the restrooms, the lake, the kiosk, and our market.
We’d like to briefly clarify one point: We do not have a dog beach, but rather a dog jetty. This allows dogs to easily enter the water and swim. We do not advertise... a separate dog beach, and one is not available at our campground.
Regarding the noise from the road passing by, it’s worth noting that our campground is very spacious and we offer a variety of pitch locations. There are numerous areas where the road is barely noticeable or not at all. If a guest is not satisfied with their pitch, our reception team will be happy to assist. If occupancy allows, we can often find a suitable alternative.
