This time I didn't like it so much. There was no hot water in the dishwasher. In the past there was a dishwasher, but now there is none, although there is a sticker on the door advertising it.
There were quite a few issues in the... new sanitary building.
There was a flickering light in the men's toilet.
And I had some kind of problem in every bathroom.
All the hooks were missing in one wet room, and the light was also out of order in 3 wet rooms on the left-hand side.
I told the cleaning staff, but it wasn't fixed.
So I wonder if they should reconsider their quality standards.
They could introduce a complaint button in their app to report damage.
Since I usually always booked a pitch on the meadow in front of the barrier, I used the sanitary building with family bathroom. There is even a radio there and I didn't notice any damage.
If I had known that the kiosk was only open from 8am to 10am on weekdays, I probably wouldn't have booked in the first place.

At the lake you have the possibility to ride a pedal boat.

The playground is clean, as is the area itself.

Unfortunately I have to deduct one point because of the access road. I had specified a length of 9m in advance and asked if I would have any problems. This was denied. But the most important thing is the friendly and always helpful team. In the restaurant you can eat delicious food in a friendly and cozy atmosphere at... a fair price. This was our first time at the Eifel-Camp but definitely not our last. If you like parties and loud, alcoholic behavior, this is the place for you. The first answer: Have you made a reservation?
My wife replied: No, otherwise I wouldn't have called and asked if there was still a pitch available.
The answer: Then please have a look at our homepage !!!
When I asked again if I could check if there was still something available .....
The same answer: No, I can't, please have a look at our homepage !!!
If this is really the case, there are two possible explanations for us.
1. you are doing so well !!! that you are not dependent on these requests or campers.
or
2. you don't know that your customers are treated like this on the phone !!!
or

When we arrived, we went straight to the restaurant and loved it. The owner is incredibly friendly, it's a family business with heart and you can tell that from the food. The sanitary facilities are very modern and very well maintained,... I was thrilled when I saw them. There was a lovely atmosphere throughout the campsite. Unfortunately, we didn't take advantage of the leisure facilities, but we did walk past the playground, skate park and pedal boat hire and everything looked very nice.
