The campsite is simply great.
There is nothing to discuss.
However, you currently have a lady at reception who I would not want to deny her qualifications, but whose friendliness towards the guests leaves a lot... to be desired.
To put it modestly, the friendliness of the older lady from Olpe is not just subterranean, it's downright awful!
If this lady were employed in my company, she would be gone faster than she could think, despite her qualifications.
According to her coworker, they probably don't care whether guests are satisfied and welcome.
If that's the case, then it's their right.
But then they shouldn't be surprised if the guests gradually disappear.
As it was my second visit with them, because the first one was perfect, I would not have expected to meet such an employee.
Thank goodness there wasn't one on our first visit. We were there with our family and one of them had a run-in with their employee.
Believe it or not, there were many other guests who felt exactly the same way as we did with our family.
If you can't get rid of the lady in question because she's even sitting in the management office, ask me and I'll tell you how to do it.
This lady does a lot of damage when dealing with guests.
I think she might be better off back in Olpe, where she supposedly came from.
If you are short of staff, I will be happy to help you out.
I hope our third booked visit with you is under a better star.

I would have two suggestions: the heaters in the living room and bathroom are a bit confusing to operate.... We were quite cold the first night. An instruction manual would be very helpful here.
The same applies to the hotplate. It took me quite a while to figure out how to operate the appliance. A simple rotary knob would have done the trick, but manufacturers do everything they can to make electrical appliances as complicated as possible.
Apart from that, everything is perfect. However, the friendliness of the 1 lady at reception leaves a lot to be desired. A few nice words would be nice if you just want to have information about the internet reception instead of being reprimanded that you probably have the wrong provider and you could forget it anyway. In retrospect,... however, I realized after my son helped me, who was visiting, that it actually worked quite well.
I also noticed that campers were told that everything was full and fully booked, although there were still plenty of places available over the Easter period. We were there for 7 days and had 6 days of rain, the paths and pitches were very muddy, maybe sprinkle some grit or wood chips.

It was difficult to reach someone at the registration desk with questions in advance and on arrival.
It is very inconvenient that you cannot reach anyone at the site via the telephone number provided, but always arrive at the main office.
There... is no street lamp on the way to the toilets (from Frischling to Wisentweg). In the dark and rain it is almost impossible to get to the toilet or shower and back safely.
The lady at reception was very rude and in the first conversation she even shouted at us.
