Everything is fine
Very good, we will be back and are already looking forward to our next visit. We had to deal exclusively with the staff there (2 ladies) from the reception onwards. They were very friendly and courteous

Nice time out
We really enjoyed our stay at the campsite. Very well-kept site. The reception was very friendly and helpful. An ideal starting point for hikes.

Autumn vacation in October
The layout of the site is very pleasant, unfortunately the weather didn't play along so well. We found it a great pity that there was no hot water in the wash house at the Indian meadow, no soap was refilled at the toilet and sometimes no paper towels. The door in the men's room was divided and this... led to the facility cooling down, for whatever reason the cleaning service wanted it that way is unclear. The soap in the unisex showers in the lower building was also out of order for half the week. Nevertheless, we would be happy to return, as this was certainly an exception.

Great facility
The Eifel Lodge with enough space for one person and the wonderful terrace at the entrance. Great place to stay for my autumn hiking vacation. I liked it, I would love to come back.

Above average campsite to recommend.
The stay was basically nice, unfortunately the cleanliness of the toilets at the Bachwiese left a lot to be desired and the possibility to take a warm shower in the evening in the sanitary building was unfortunately also difficult.

Very nice facility
Great place, close to the lake, lots of forest for walking, top sanitary facilities, very well maintained, entry and exit without problems thanks to license plate recognition. If everything is paid for in advance, you don't even need to go to reception.

The complex is really beautiful and well maintained. However, the friendliness of some people at reception was not quite as warm as one would wish. Not all, but some were a little rude and flippant in their communication with guests, which was a little unpleasant. Another small drawback was that there was no soap in the toilets and the staff didn't refill them either.

Short trip. Overall: Good 👍🏼
The pitch was large and well paved. The connections for water, electricity and waste water were easily accessible and everything worked. The restaurant had a good offer, a fair price/performance ratio and the staff were friendly. Overall a modern and tidy site. You have to pay extra per device for the... internet. However, reception was still limited. The shower rooms and toilets are generally ok. However, soap for washing hands was missing everywhere and in most cases there were no paper towels. The cleaning crew only needed 2 minutes to "clean". This should be adjusted. The surroundings are idyllic.

Friendly staff. Some beautiful pitches. Great thing with the access code to the sanitary facilities. Ordering bread rolls is a great thing.

Few toilets and showers. Only cold water in the scullery. Unfortunately no more dishwasher. Poor condition of the driveways. Lack of site lighting

Sanitary area very outdated
I expressly only rate the comfort pitch with associated sanitary facilities. The upmarket and luxury pitches are probably better (own bathrooms, etc.).
It should also be mentioned in advance that this campsite obviously specializes in permanent campers.

The pitch was fine (grass and gravel path). However,... the sanitary facilities (for comfort pitches) are very outdated. The taps and showers have clear dirt marks. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of this. The cleaning crew comes at rush hour between 08:00 and 09:00, which is very pointless and nerdy. Things like door handles are partly broken.

What I personally have never experienced is that you have to pay EXTRA for the WLAN.
You can tell that it's a company/chain (Freizeit-Oasen?). But not from the information you get in advance. I would have expected at least so much and so compact that you don't have to constantly ask for things by email and keep the staff busy.

The app is terrible. At some point you understand that you can't assign your own password and find your PIN for the sanitary area (which you don't need because the door is broken).

On a positive note, the sauna is worth mentioning. I rented it one afternoon (only 4 hours at a time, mornings and afternoons) for 60 € (!). This is the only building (that I entered) that is ultra-modern and brand new. Very nicely furnished. Equipped with very large shower, toilet, TV, additional heating and outdoor area. The sauna was well preheated (but went out half an hour before the end, which is OK).
The problem was that I had to make phone calls (reception not manned due to illness) to find out that I had received an email on the same day with the procedure for saving and sauna key. At the same time I was told that I had not read the booking confirmation. I the original

So far so good. Mango, the bread roll order, unfortunately without a piece of cake, and only with card payment.
As some card payments also cost extra money. The shop was also closed. Too bad.
And washing my hair and showering, the water was cold.
