Very bad is the telephone availability !!! and if you reach someone ... is always referred to look at our homepage !!!
We decided to come to your campsite... on 05.09.25 at short notice.
On the way to you, my wife called and asked if there was still a pitch available?
The first answer: Have you made a reservation?
My wife replied: No, otherwise I wouldn't have called and asked if there was still a pitch available.
The answer: Then please have a look at our homepage !!!
When I asked again if I could check if there was still something available .....
The same answer: No, I can't, please have a look at our homepage !!!
If this is really the case, there are two possible explanations for us.
1. you are doing so well !!! that you are not dependent on these requests or campers.
or
2. you don't know that your customers are treated like this on the phone !!!
or

Nice location by a swimming lake and lots of opportunities for walking and cycling.
Bad Münstereifel was not far away by car and a nice place for us to explore.
I would recommend this place and we will definitely come again.
Of course, there is always room for improvement, so a few points are in order here.

Probably more suitable for families and childrenIt was beautiful!Very clean, well suited for families and children. However, the nature caravan is more suitable for families as it is functionally furnished. I missed the coziness inside and a more comfortable seating area on the veranda. Nevertheless, the location of the campsite is great due to its proximity to Lake... Freilingen. Beautiful walks are possible. The view from the bedroom window of the Naturwagen is beautiful, as you look out into the greenery. The service set with washing-up liquid, drying cloth and sponge as well as a bar of soap was very good! I felt comfortable, but would still say that the stay is more for families and not necessarily for single travelers, as the campsite seems to be mainly for children due to the many playgrounds, the Indian campsite etc.....Automatski prevedeno.
