We appreciate the quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The mega clean and well-kept sanitary facilities. Massages can be booked directly, highly recommended. This was our 2nd time at the resort and everything was to our satisfaction. Special mention should be made of the lady at reception who helped us immediately after the pool bus failed to arrive, which is not really part of her job, thank you again from our side. The thermal baths are easily accessible on foot or by thermal bath bus. The very friendly welcome at reception, the extensive facilities on the pitches, which leave nothing to be desired, and the very attractive sanitary facilities should... be emphasized.

Unfortunately, the earth wall on the left-hand side of the pitch is very high at 2 m and partially blocks the view of the mountains.
Dishwashing hut available, unfortunately only cold water. Sanitary facilities are not cleaned regularly.

Good food in the restaurant.NegativnoUnfortunately the thermal bath has been lukewarm for weeks and the water is cloudy. The drain/channel spreads a stench. The salt water pool is cold! The cleaning of the spa area is inadequate. The toilets and changing rooms smell of urine and are dirty. Sometimes the 2nd toilet is blocked, sometimes the disabled shower. The steam bath hasn't worked for a long time. Numerous campers talk about being annoyed and not coming back for a while. Many are disappointed that they are allowed to arrive even though it is known that the bathing area can only be used to a limited extent. Many would have liked to have been informed before their arrival, especially as many come to the thermal baths because of joint problems and have traveled there for no reason. In general, many things have been neglected. For example, the handrail in the thermal bath has been wobbling for years! We had actually made a reservation for the Oktoberfest in the Tenne, but our reservation was entered in the Gasthaus Leibspeis, where there was no music, what a shame!Previously top not so good at the moment!Beautiful pitches and friendly staff at reception!
