Bottom line: We felt well taken care of; the campsite was very nice, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the beer garden was great, and Füssing, with all it has to offer, was also great.
So we—two retirees from the Lower Rhine—would love to come back.

We find the turnstile access to the outdoor pool completely useless because if you’re carrying, for example, a swim ring or a handcart, it’s impossible to get through. It would make sense to have a pass... for the outdoor pool that’s activated for the duration of your stay and allows access through the main entrance. A proper walking path to the outdoor pool is absolutely essential, especially for families with children.
The welcome at the front desk was, as always, very warm. The restrooms and the campground itself were all spotless again. The food in the beer garden is finally served hot!
