This was our 2nd time at the resort and everything was to our satisfaction. Special mention should be made of the lady at reception who helped us immediately after the pool bus failed to arrive, which is not really part of her job, thank you again from our side. The steam bath hasn't worked for a long time. Numerous campers talk about being annoyed and not coming back for a while. Many are disappointed that they are allowed to arrive even though it is known that the bathing area can only be used to a limited extent. Many would have liked to have been informed before their arrival, especially as many come to the thermal baths because of joint problems and have traveled there for no reason. In general, many things have been neglected. For example, the handrail in the thermal bath has been wobbling for years! We had actually made a reservation for the Oktoberfest in the Tenne, but our reservation was entered in the Gasthaus Leibspeis, where there was no music, what a shame!Previously top not so good at the moment!Beautiful pitches and friendly staff at reception!
