Our pitch was very nice, right next to the stream.
Because we had the last pitch in the row, we had more free space. The other pitches were very cramped.
The sanitary facilities, which are so highly praised on the website, were not really clean at any time, sometimes no hand soap, sometimes no... paper towels, sometimes overfilled garbage cans. The toilet block at the Bachwiese was "underground".
Reception opening hours are inadequate.
The desired communication almost only via e-mail is cumbersome, sometimes leads to long back and forth writing.

Car check-in was also straightforward and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful at all times. For families with children, the playground is of course also a big plus - both the children and the adults had a lot of fun here.
However, we would have a few suggestions for improvement: unfortunately, there are very few flushing facilities and the unisex toilets were often dirty. On a positive note, however, we would like to emphasize that the showers were always clean. In addition, the internet was unfortunately very poor and ordering bread rolls via the app didn't always work reliably.
