Every pitch has water and waste water and all are very well maintained. There is a small store where you can buy all the important food and drinks. Bread rolls are also ordered here. Cakes are also available. The washing area for the barbecue is great, because you can get a large barbecue grill here to clean it. The cleaning equipment is also available. Toilets and showers are great. There are cloths at all the washbasins, which you can use to clean them after use, and squeegees for the shower. There is a lovely beach with a sunbathing area and large wooden loungers. It is very easy to get into the lake. Afterwards you can take a shower if you like. There are overnight pitches for motorhomes in front of the barrier.NegatīvaisDoes not existBest and most beautiful campsiteThis campsite is so familiar and cozy that you don't want to leave. It is our absolute favorite place and for us there is no better place. We have stayed here many times and will definitely be back. It's small, manageable and therefore not overcrowded, so you can really enjoy your time there. It was a bit more crowded at the weekend, but on Sunday it was a bit emptier and more relaxed by the lake.
From there, you can walk directly to Landskron Castle -... a nice route in summer, as it goes through the forest. From there you can take the boat back (landing stage right next to the campsite) and you have a great half-day excursion, which you can round off with a refreshing dip in the lake afterwards.
The staff were very friendly, the site was clean and the sanitary facilities were cleaned regularly. So we have nothing but good things to say.

The sanitary area is always super clean.
Everyone can help themselves to the lovingly designed herb corner.

When we registered on site, we met nice, attentive staff.
Our allocated pitch was ideal for us and our caravan without a mover.
Rarely found such clean sanitary facilities. It also felt like they were cleaned every hour.
If we had... any questions or wanted to book a bike, everything was made possible. In our case, it was about a defective e-bike. Even late at night, we were assured of an e-bike for the next day. So we were still able to ride our planned tour.
Bread rolls were affordable, but there's room for improvement in terms of taste😉
What's great about this campsite is the direct access to Lake Ossiach. With a small sunbathing lawn, small sandy beach and access for SUPs. Cooling off after tours...wonderful.
We also didn't miss any shopping opportunities on site. They are usually overpriced anyway. Cakes, eggs, milk, yoghurt and ice cream were available to buy on site.

Jürgen K.július 2024PozitīviHere the guest is still WELCOME, beautiful beach, quiet CP, great location and partly great view of the lakeNegatīvaisPlayground equipment on the beach right next to the pitch = especially in the evening hours it was sometimes very loudVery nice CP directly on Lake OssiachWe (2 adults and 2 children) were on the campsite for 3 weeks and were very satisfied.the campsite is laid out in terraces and is located directly on the southern shore of Lake Oss.it is laid out like a park and is of a manageable size. There are some larger (family) pitches in the upper area near the... road and the playground and 3 larger TOP pitches in the lower area on the beach or near the beach. in general, some of the pitches in the lower area have a great view of Lake Oss. Otherwise, some of the pitches are quite small and the paths on the site are quite narrow. For larger caravans it is sometimes quite difficult to get to the pitch. The site is very, very well maintained and clean! In the upper area there is a central building with sanitary facilities, sinks and washing machines. It should be emphasized that the sanitary facilities were always clean. The reception is logically located in the upper entrance area with a small café (fresh bread rolls to order in the morning), but otherwise there is no store or snack bar/restaurant directly on the site; here you have to go to the neighboring Berghof site (approx. 200 m away); there is a Spar supermarket, a restaurant and take-away (frozen) pizza and Wiener Schnitzel.there are two beach areas: 1x for boats, SUP etc. and 1x the normal area for swimming. Very good: no public beach but only from the CP! The water is great for swimming and was about 27°C in our time! Across the road from the campsite there are sports facilities such as beach volleyball. However, in our opinion, the area is rather neglected, but there was daily children's entertainment, the quiet on the CP (at night from 22h as well as during the day) and the friendliness and helpfulness of the Lauritsch family and staff is positive, here the guest is really still HEARTY WELCOME!!! We can absolutely recommend the CP! From the campsite there are many activities to plan and easily accessible. The campsite is wonderfully situated on the large lake with a perfect water temperature. We had a wonderful time swimming. The sanitary facilities at the campsite are clean and the showers... are wonderful! The bread service is perfect. Mooi en goed onderhouden sanitair dat schoon is. Zeer ruime douchecabines met stortdouche. Voldoende ruimte om je kleding op te hangen en het droog te houden.
Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Every... night, there are plenty of bread and bakery products to choose from (to be ordered in advance via a terminal with a receipt).
Wasmachines and droger aanwezig.
