4. Tap the subscription you want to manage. Is the subscription you are looking for not displayed?
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. (If you want to cancel Apple One but keep some subscriptions, tap Choose Individual Services). If you do not see "Cancel", the subscription has already been cancelled and will not be renewed.

No, the email address you enter in the App Store does not have to be the same as your camping.info account email. You can use any email address for the payment process in the App Store. When logging in to the app, use the login details of your camping.info account.

What can sometimes cause problems is that when you auto-fill your email address from your phone, a space is automatically inserted at the end. So a tip is to delete the space at the end and then repeat the registration process. If you have any further problems, please feel free to contact our Support Team. We are happy to help.
