Unfortunately, we could only stay for 3 days; that’s how we’d booked it. But you can also switch sites within the campground if one is available and extend your stay without any trouble. It’s worth staying longer next time.... The sites are in a very beautiful location. The view of the lake is indescribable. We cycled around the lake twice—about 30 km, which is manageable even with kids. There’s a beautiful park on the opposite side of the lake, along with several restaurants. It’s worth taking a detour to Ossiach—the lovely church, the boat dock, and a great playground make it a great place to linger. Since it was very hot, we were really happy with our site under a large tree.
The restrooms are super clean and well-maintained.
The location by the lake, with a great swimming dock and beach, is truly fantastic.
Both the staff at the front desk and the restroom cleaning staff are exceptionally nice and friendly.

The entire grounds are very clean and well-maintained, with lovingly landscaped flower beds that create a pleasant atmosphere. We especially loved the herb garden, where campers can help themselves to herbs.
The campground is pleasantly quiet and offers the perfect setting... for relaxation. The restrooms are cleaned several times a day and are always spotlessly clean.
The small self-service store on the grounds is also convenient, offering all the essentials for daily needs. A larger supermarket is also within easy walking distance.
For active vacationers, there are numerous beautiful biking and hiking trails in the area. The lake is ideal for kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding and invites you to spend relaxing hours on the water.

However, we’ve seen a lot of people who either didn’t really know how to use it or—like me twice—simply forgot to place their order before 6:00 p.m. It would be nice if there were another way to get bread rolls for breakfast besides being sent to the Spar market. Maybe just offer bags of four bread rolls for sale alongside the bread you can buy there. But that’s just nitpicking! Actually, there are no downsides to this lovely spot. 😊👍🏼I'd love to do it again ☺️We highly recommend this lovely spot and the beautiful scenery, complete with a stunning lake!! 😎👍🏼

The restroom facilities are extremely well-maintained and kept spotless with great care. In fact, you can see the attention to detail throughout the entire campground: everything is perfectly organized, lovingly designed, and in excellent condition.
The staff is exceptionally friendly, warm, and always helpful. You feel welcome from the very first moment.
Another plus is its location right next to the bike path, which is perfect for beautiful bike rides. The on-site farm stand with self-service offers regional products and is a great addition. We found the hassle-free bread roll ordering via the app particularly convenient. For a quick snack, there’s also a cozy snack bar right on the beach.
Families with children will also find plenty to enjoy here: the large playground offers plenty of space to run around and play.
All in all, an excellently managed campground that combines relaxation, comfort, and hospitality at the highest level.
