There are no downsides!

The sites are quite large (camper + awning + van), the campground is very clean and nicely laid out, the restrooms are extremely clean (kudos😍), the staff is very friendly, and Villach is just a few minutes away by car; public transportation is also available.

We encountered a heavy rain front upon arrival, so the ground was quite muddy in places. HOWEVER, according to the information provided at the front desk, this will be fixed by next season (gravel, drainage).

Very friendly staff at check-in. Really clean restrooms that are cleaned regularly. Direct access to the lake. Daily bread delivery service.

The Self Check feature saved us a lot of time, and the layout of the campground is excellent. The restroom facilities were always in top condition and more than adequate for the size of the campground.

Nothing, really. If anything, I thought some of the larger RVs were too big for the sites. You end up sitting right up against a wall and don't get any sun.

There aren't any.

Large, terraced, landscaped areas. Excellent access roads. Clean restroom facilities. Super friendly staff. Bread roll delivery service. Shopping options right nearby. Digital services via the guest portal.

The additional automatic cleaning machine for the chemical toilet sometimes malfunctions. It would be nice to be able to use the traditional disposal method next to the machine again.

The location right on the lake, with the chance to take a dip in the lake to cool off at any time of day. An exceptionally large restroom area in top-notch condition in terms of cleanliness. A great campsite with a lake view. The friendliness of the entire team.

Expensive Bread Roll Delivery Service

A quiet location by the lake; everything was very well-maintained. There was no sense of mass tourism or overcrowding, even though everything was fully booked. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I’d love to come back anytime. We stayed right on the water with our toddler—it was great.

The restrooms are always very clean, and the staff is very friendly. You can pay the night before you leave; all you have to do is pay a flat-rate electricity fee for the night. Very nice, well-maintained sites. The beach is cleaned every morning. We’ll definitely come back again.
