The campground is in a beautiful location right on the lake and offers direct access to the water. The restrooms are quite modern and clean. The staff is very friendly.

Beautiful Campground

We didn't find any downsides—everything worked out perfectly for us.

An ideal location for day trips, beautifully situated on Lake Ossiach with direct access to the lake. A friendly campground with clean restroom facilities and standard amenities. You can’t hear any traffic north of the buildings.

The lack of air conditioning controls makes a restful night’s sleep unlikely. Traffic noise is clearly audible, unless you’re staying on the north side of the buildings. The parking spaces are a bit small; after all, we’re not in France.

Right on the water

Unfortunately, it was often noisy near the launch site because of teenagers playing soccer.

Nice restrooms, friendly staff, nice campsite, and good service.

No disadvantages

The welcome was very nice and friendly! The location is perfect. The size of the site is just right. The restroom facilities deserve special mention!

A bit tight on space; the parking spots are close together

Family-friendly atmosphere. Clean and well-maintained washhouse. Super friendly staff. The campground store. Access to the lake and also the seating and lounging areas.

The parking spaces are a bit tight in some areas.

We’d especially like to highlight how clean the restrooms were. It felt like the women on the cleaning crew were constantly working there. It’s truly remarkable how clean everything is at any time of day. We also really appreciated that it’s a dog-free area, which meant there were no dogs on the beach below either.

If there were a second, small restroom building at the campsites further down, it would be a little more convenient.

View, location, and restroom building

In the alleyway by site 45, the spaces are very small, and with cars parked on the sites, it looks cluttered. My suggestion would be: 1. Have everyone park their car in the parking lot, and 2. Establish a mandatory layout for the camping units. I’ve seen this done at 5-star campgrounds elsewhere, and it looks much more peaceful :)

We had no complaints.

Clean, beautiful sites, clean restrooms, very friendly staff, and a pleasant and scenic access to the lake.

I liked everything—maybe you could set up a floor trampoline, or perhaps even a pavilion with fitness equipment. But that would just be the icing on the cake ;-)

Very friendly hosts, and it’s just incredibly clean, tidy, and well-organized. You arrive and immediately feel at home. The grounds are very well laid out, which makes it a pleasant place to be. There’s a nice playground and great access to the lake with a beach.

The fact that we have to drive again. That's all I can think of.

You arrive and feel right at home because everything is taken care of. The restrooms and the site are top-notch.

Nothing.

We liked the digital check-in; the campground is well laid out with nice, spacious sites. The restrooms are always clean, and the showers are plenty big. Plus, the water is nice and hot. The staff is always friendly. The farm store has everything you need.

There are a lot of people in the swimming area—even though there’s a separate entry area—most people use the section where children swim. Maybe that area should be monitored more closely. I also think there should be more restroom signs scattered around the grounds. It’s a long walk from the beach to the restrooms up by the entrance. You can only pay in cash at the restaurant, which is outdated. Also, you can only pay for snacks in cash as well.

There are no barriers separating the lakefront patios from the neighbors. And spot 20 gets full afternoon and evening sun. There’s no shade from trees. However, that wasn’t a problem for us.
