A beautiful, peaceful campground in the green valley of the Eifel. (Unfortunately,... there are only a few shaded spots, and not many trees on the grounds.) But there’s plenty of shade in the surrounding area.

Our guests also consistently love the location and... the view over the green Eifel Valley, and we’re proud to be such a beautiful starting point for mountain biking and hiking tours. Your comment about the limited shaded areas is valid—due to the natural landscape, the grounds are kept fairly open—but we’re constantly considering ways to add more greenery so we can provide even more shade in the future.

Maybe a pressure... sensor could solve this, so that they open when a vehicle approaches?
Our stay was good, and I’ll definitely recommend your campground to friends.Beautiful location, although I did have to take a deep breath when driving down the mountain side on our way out—with a few hairpin turns—since I’d never done that before.
