Earplugs provide a remedy if it disturbs you.Successful short tripVery nice reception at the reception, short and coherent explanation of the procedures and then it was time to set up the tent. There was always a nice person to talk to at reception. Ordering bread rolls went without a hitch. We booked spontaneously on the way and were allowed to choose a pitch. Heidelberg is easy to reach from there. Either by public transport or boat (expensive) from Neckarstsinach or by car. You can park cheaply and centrally in Heidelberg in the Q -Park. At least... during the week.
The sanitary facilities have been renovated and are clean. There was a lounge with a pool table.

We had a barbecue and drinks for the party. When it got dark, a great firework display started at around 10pm. The campsite has newly renovated toilets and a new washroom.
These were kept clean every day by a member of staff.
