The protective caps were missing from the lounger. Entrance door without blackout. Only 3 dining chairs for 5 people. Only 1 tea towel. Children's prams in poor overall condition. Noise from music at the kiosk disturbing.Weekend in HetzingenWe chose the campsite based on a YouTube video. On the whole, it met our expectations. We liked Nideggen Castle and the museum there. The facilities in the rental bungalow were mediocre and indicated a backlog of investment.
The site as a whole made a good impression, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We liked the pitches on the Rur. And I will always remember the view of the castle, the sanitary facilities were tip top👍👍👍👍chic, that was the next wow effect after the castle!... Then a restaurant on site with mega-delicious cuisine and warm service, in the morning in the café bread rolls and breakfast service, here you can feel how much heart and soul goes into offering the campers a nice stay, despite the size there is a feeling of family security, peace and relaxation as well as a varied program is very important here, in short everything you could wish forAutomaticky preložené.

No criticism, just a wish. The path lighting could do with twilight switches. You had to walk in the dark for longer before they came on. The kiosk could... have longer opening hours when the Testaurant is closed. The kiosk could also have more choice of goods, as there is no store nearby. The view of the castle is also beautiful by day and night. But that's not all, everything is spotlessly clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful, regardless of the area. There is also everything the little ones could wish for. Bikes of various sizes and Kettcar's are available for use in the playground. vielen Dank, dass Ihr Euch die Zeit genommen habt, uns so ausführlich zu bewerten. Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihr den tollen Standort direkt am Wasser, die Hundefreundlichkeit und die Freundlichkeit unseres Personals so positiv erlebt habt.
Wir verstehen, dass der Zeltplatz durch die Trockenheit... etwas hart war und das Einschlagen der Heringe erschwert hat - das ist leider eine Herausforderung, die wir bei sommerlicher Trockenheit nur bedingt beeinflussen können.
Eure Anmerkung zum Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (drei von fünf) nehmen wir sehr ernst und würden gerne besser verstehen, was Euch zu diesem Urteil bewogen hat (Anmerkung: Ihr habt den vergünstigten Tarif für Radfahrer und Wanderer erhalten). Falls Ihr uns dazu noch ein Feedback geben möchtet, freuen wir uns über eine Rückmeldung.

The operators are extremely friendly and always ready to help. The bikes, Kettcars and scooters are available free of charge for all children.NegatívneThe Ruhr Valley Railway whistles every half hour in front of the level crossing in the middle of the CP.A haven of peace for our Phantasialand tripThe site is idyllically situated by a stream. The operators absolutely deserve the award for friendliness. The site itself is very quiet, if it weren't for the Ruhrtalbahn (and the whistle every half hour in front of the BÜRO), it would be a haven of peace in the Eifel. Getting there is a bit tricky,... especially when the highway is closed. Here you drive through narrow streets and out of town you have to be sure that you have stowed everything in the caravan so that it won't slip.
The bread roll service is really great and the rolls are affordable compared to other campsites. The sanitary buildings are super clean and well equipped. You can shower for 10 minutes for one euro and there's also a dishwasher in the washing machine room.

Dein Lob für unser Team und den Brötchenservice geben wir gerne... weiter - wir möchten, dass Du Dich bei uns rundum wohlfühlst.
Wir verstehen gut, dass das Pfeifen der Ruhrtalbahn bei der Anfahrt manchmal die Ruhe stört. Sie ist ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal für unseren Campingplatz, und wir sind für dieses Attribut überregional bekannt. Wir sind davon überzeugt, dass die vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten und die natürliche Umgebung diesen kleinen Nachteil ausgleichen. Besonders schön ist es, dass Du die kostenfreien Fahrräder, Kettcars und Roller für die Kinder erwähnt hast - so können die Kleinen die Natur spielerisch entdecken.
Die Anfahrt kann tatsächlich für die eine oder den anderen eine Herausforderung sein, gerade bei einem Umweg, weil zufällig an diesem Tag eine Autobahn gesperrt war. Danke, dass Du das so ehrlich schilderst. Wir empfehlen unseren Gästen gerne, sich vor der Anreise über alternative Routen zu informieren und alles gut zu sichern, damit die Fahrt entspannt bleibt.
