Gladly again!
We had a seasonal pitch and are very enthusiastic about what the Heide family puts together at the campsite every year.
The location is great and the facilities on the site are superb. The site is TOP, especially for children.
We have already booked another seasonal pitch for next year and are already... looking forward to our next visit.

A small minus point for which the Heide family can do little, however, is the dogs' legacies. Unfortunately, these are not cleared away by all owners, although there are plenty of bags and disposal options.

Very good
We have been to the Heide family several times and we like it very much every time, very nice especially with children there, as there is a lot for the kids to do, of course also for the adults ... very nice staff and the sanitary facilities are very well maintained and clean, we look forward to our next visit.

Designed with love
This campsite simply combines all the wishes you have for a nice vacation.
Beautiful parceled out pitches, well-maintained sanitary facilities, a wide range of restaurants, a huge offer for children and even the dog's heart beats faster on this site.
We were also looked after by super friendly staff... both on the campsite and in the campsite's own supermarket.
There is a love of detail in this campsite.
We would love to come back.....

Romantic cottage for 2 persons
The house was beautiful, well maintained and very clean.
We didn't use the dishwasher because there were simply too few dishes. It is impossible to fill it when there are only 2 cups, 2 plates etc. for 2 people. We found that inappropriate.
But everything else was really great, especially the staff are absolutely helpful and polite.
We will be back!

Our Romantik houses are deliberately compact, as they are designed for two people and the kitchen offers correspondingly little storage space. This means that the amount of crockery is somewhat smaller. Of course, guests can always bring their own crockery if they prefer it to be more convenient. We are glad that you felt so comfortable and we are already looking forward to welcoming you again soon at the Baltic Sea.

Ostseecamping family Heide, we would love to come back again
Clean sanitary facilities, friendly staff. Swimming pool and sauna available. Supermarket on site, as well as a movie theater and restaurants. Particularly suitable for families, many playgrounds and indoor playgrounds for bad weather.

Totally great
It was a very nice weekend and for the children there was a lot of choice and that was fantastic and we would love to come back we were all very enthusiastic 7 adults with 6 motorhomes and a caravan and a total of 10 children

Reception and reservation a disaster
The reception and reservations are a disaster. Only the bare minimum is done!
The guests are not listened to as to what they want.
The place itself is very loud and restless. Rest periods are not observed and vehicles are still driven around.
On the other hand, Iwanna and Oli are great at the entertainment - they are both fantastic. The other entertainers don't feel like it and are sometimes even unfriendly.

Motorhome trip Baltic Sea
We were very nicely received at the reception and very competently advised regarding the pitches, we had arrived with WoMo 6m without reservation and still had enough time to look at the campsite including the sanitary building (very new and very clean) before we moved into our pitch near the sanitary... building.
Shower/toilet is included in the price, as well as disposal of gray water.
Cassette toilet is also included.
We were here for 3 days and we liked it very much. electricity and water connection was available at the booked pitch. you can also book pitches without electricity/water connection.

Nice extra: On the pitch and in the parking lot in front of the reception there are
Camper-Clean devices,
(fully automatic cleaning
chargeable 2€ coin)
or pay by EC/credit card.
You can also do this by hand near the two sanitary buildings
yourself (free of charge).

The nearest restaurants and shops outside the campsite can only be reached by car or bike
On the whole, the 5 stars are well deserved.
The campsite is well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. With regard to the accommodation (mobile home), a more generous supply of crockery would be useful so that the large dishwasher doesn't have to be turned on all the time. Instructions on the functionality of the appliances should also be to hand and not stowed away in a large plastic bag.

Beautiful place
A large, clean campsite that leaves nothing to be desired. You can choose the pitches according to your wishes and budget. The sanitary facilities are great and very clean. We have never seen such large showers. There is a supermarket, bakery, swimming pool, playgrounds... It's impossible to list all the great facilities.
We recommend the campsite without ifs and buts! We will definitely be back 🥰

Hello, we stayed at the campsite for a week. We liked it very much. The leisure facilities and the range of restaurants are very good. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities is really good, but what we didn't like so much was the wristband for the sanitary facilities. The campsite is really nice and can only be recommended. We would love to come back.

Unjustified criticism
It was a great 4 days at your campsite.
Unfortunately I had to read a nasty report in the SHZ.
We were there at the same time and had the pitch right next to the complaint writers.
Funnily enough, the alleged construction noise didn't bother us at all and it wasn't as bad as they described.

Super place
This was our second time at this wonderful campsite with our grandchildren. Everything is well organized here. All the paths are color-coded so that the children could easily find their way to the pitch. The play facilities are very varied and we were able to discover many new features this year. The... entertainment program is also very good.
The site itself is very clean, as are the sanitary facilities.
The supermarket and the bakery offer everything for daily needs at normal prices.
If you have any questions or problems, the very friendly staff are always on hand to help.
It was an all-round successful stay for us and the children. We would love to come back.

Top campsite
Everything was wonderful. Particularly noteworthy is the cage with a view of the Baltic Sea and the peace and quiet, despite the large number of guests.
