A great site with lots on offer for young and old! An extensive entertainment program and chic mobile homes where you have more peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the campsite. Beautifully situated by the sea with extensive meadows.

Great place
The team was more than helpful in our case. Our dog ate a fishing lure that still had the fishing hook on it. Thanks to the very quick help from the Heide family team, we were able to drive to the veterinary clinic at 8 pm. Thank you very much again for this. But the team is also concerned about the well-being of the guests.

Wonderful campsite! Very spacious, super clean and very spacious sanitary buildings! Pitches very comfortable and a paved, flat area for awnings! All in all, pure relaxation, nothing is missing! Unreservedly a recommendation!

All in all, I would recommend it.
We were here two years ago and were very satisfied!
However, on the other side of the square.

I / we were partly very annoyed because the midday rest was hardly observed and there was really a lot of screaming from the children ....

Yes, there are children and they... should play and run around but not like that
On some days a toddler was screaming the whole day from morning till night .... And there was still a lot of noise in the playground until late in the evening, sometimes even after 10pm, and I don't just mean noise from playing and romping around, but so much noise that two or three children were shouting that it felt like there were 100 in the playground.

But what is very praiseworthy is the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff 😊🍀👍👍👍👍
They are always eager and diligent to ensure that everyone is very satisfied 😊

We for us can highly recommend the place only for us then except for the vacation time 😇😉😅

The complex is very clean, which we loved, the way to the beach is great. Beautiful view of the sea. The campers all very friendly. That the pizza box is broken, has disturbed. And the fact that you couldn't get any more drinks from the vending machine after the bars closed was also a shame. But one... thing is for sure, we will visit them more often. That's why you don't want to complain about little things. Because you can't do more than work. Therefore we thank your team for the good cooperation.

Large pitches
Beautiful place
A super great campsite with everything you could wish for. The pitches are large and ours had a concrete fence in front of the motorhome. We had a pitch with a view of the Baltic Sea, fantastic.
The staff everywhere (reception, restaurants, supermarket etc.) were very friendly, competent and helpful.
The sanitary facilities were always very clean, spacious showers.
We were delighted and will definitely be back.

Well-kept grounds and beautiful playgrounds
Beautiful playgrounds and well-kept grounds, but too few garbage cans. Play barn great, indoor playground nice but unfortunately constantly frequented by children too big (over 10 years) who unfortunately show no consideration for small children. Dryer for 4 euros only brought clammy laundry. The water... at the campsite was turned off for 6 hours without explanation. The animation at Easter was great, but no Easter fire and only a tiny fire pit for the bread on a stick. Swimming pool very small, we didn't visit for the price as we found it too expensive. The wristbands for the wash house were annoying and difficult for children to use on their own. But wash houses clean and well maintained. The first time in our camping life we got upset about Viking chess on an empty pitch, that would be forbidden, I have never experienced that before. Dog area nice, but a huge puddle at the entrance, could have been filled in. Overall a nice vacation, but due to the smaller negative points mentioned we would probably not come back.

We take your comments very seriously. Due to natural erosion, we are not permitted to erect... permanent fences on the cliffs, as the terrain there changes every year. For safety reasons, we have put up clearly visible warning signs in the affected areas.
Behavior in the indoor play area and also on the pitch is very important to us and we always strive to promote consideration and rules for good coexistence. Your feedback helps us to remain vigilant in this area.
It's a shame that you didn't feel entirely comfortable with some of the points. Perhaps we will be able to welcome you back at some point, we would be delighted.

Unfortunately, only the way with the payment is not so nice....

Before the vacation begins, the entire bill must be paid in advance...

It's a bit disrespectful and you have no trust...
We went home a day early and still had to pay....

Otherwise the campsite is very nice... and very well maintained....

For this I would even give the best grade 1+...
Even for the cleanliness best grade 1+

Very child-friendly and the children are offered a lot...
We have 3 boys between 9 and 12 years ...

It was still a very nice vacation for all of us...

For reception I would only give a grade 2....
Because some people showed no interest...

We will vacation here again....

This is the only way we can reliably keep the booked place free for you. If you want to travel spontaneously and remain flexible, we recommend traveling without a reservation. In this case, you only pay for the actual length of your stay.
We very much regret that you did not find the service at reception to be consistently attentive. We take your feedback seriously and will discuss it with the team.

Nice place, but rather nothing for small ones
We liked it very much. The sanitary facilities are great and the cleaning staff (Tanya & Slatko) are excellent.
However, the Hadeby wash house does not seem to be cleaned by them, there was a feeling that the toilets had not been cleaned for several days. The soap dispensers never worked.
There is a... general lack of towels in the toilets/bathrooms. Occasionally there are the devices, but they don't really dry.
We wanted to go with Hedi on Easter Sunday, but unfortunately we waited in vain. The children were very disappointed. The bouncy castles and the equipment there are broken or sometimes very damaged. The bouncy cushion was never inflated at the designated time.
The area around Miniby could not be used at all. No trampolines or roller coaster. The children would have loved to ride them.
The swimming pool is not for children.

On the whole it is a nice place. But we don't have the feeling that we want to come back again.
