Our dog ate a fishing lure that still had the fishing hook on it. Thanks to the very quick help from the Heide family team, we were able to drive to the veterinary clinic at 8 pm. I / we were partly very annoyed because the midday rest was hardly observed and there was really a lot of screaming from the children ....
Yes, there are children and they... should play and run around but not like that
On some days a toddler was screaming the whole day from morning till night .... And there was still a lot of noise in the playground until late in the evening, sometimes even after 10pm, and I don't just mean noise from playing and romping around, but so much noise that two or three children were shouting that it felt like there were 100 in the playground.
But what is very praiseworthy is the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff 😊🍀👍👍👍👍
They are always eager and diligent to ensure that everyone is very satisfied 😊

Beautiful view of the sea. The campers all very friendly. That the pizza box is broken, has disturbed. And the fact that you couldn't get any more drinks from the vending machine after the bars closed was also a shame. But one... thing is for sure, we will visit them more often. That's why you don't want to complain about little things. Because you can't do more than work. Therefore we thank your team for the good cooperation.

The staff everywhere (reception, restaurants, supermarket etc.) were very friendly, competent and helpful.
The sanitary facilities were always very clean, spacious showers.

Play barn great, indoor playground nice but unfortunately constantly frequented by children too big (over 10 years) who unfortunately show no consideration for small children. Dryer for 4 euros only brought clammy laundry. The water... at the campsite was turned off for 6 hours without explanation. The animation at Easter was great, but no Easter fire and only a tiny fire pit for the bread on a stick. Swimming pool very small, we didn't visit for the price as we found it too expensive. The wristbands for the wash house were annoying and difficult for children to use on their own. But wash houses clean and well maintained. The first time in our camping life we got upset about Viking chess on an empty pitch, that would be forbidden, I have never experienced that before. Dog area nice, but a huge puddle at the entrance, could have been filled in. Overall a nice vacation, but due to the smaller negative points mentioned we would probably not come back.Automatikusan lefordítva.

However, the Hadeby wash house does not seem to be cleaned by them, there was a feeling that the toilets had not been cleaned for several days. The soap dispensers never worked.
There is a... general lack of towels in the toilets/bathrooms. Occasionally there are the devices, but they don't really dry.
We wanted to go with Hedi on Easter Sunday, but unfortunately we waited in vain. The children were very disappointed. The bouncy castles and the equipment there are broken or sometimes very damaged. The bouncy cushion was never inflated at the designated time.
The area around Miniby could not be used at all. No trampolines or roller coaster. The children would have loved to ride them.
The swimming pool is not for children.
On the whole it is a nice place.
