I have spoken to other visitors of retirement age. They do not want to come back.

We can well understand that expectations and needs on vacation vary depending on the stage of... life. Our campsite is strongly geared towards families with children, which is reflected not only in the leisure activities on offer, but also in the atmosphere on the site.
As far as the location is concerned, our site is situated above the cliffs, which means that not all pitches have a direct view of the sea, but this is available, so perhaps you could let us know when you book again that you would like to be in the first row.
Thank you for your honest feedback and your recommendation to families with children. For couples who like it quieter, the low season or late summer months might be a good alternative.

Now rented a bungalow. It was small but ok. But what with the price of 130€ per night not even the very old swimming pool was included is not fair. Thank you for taking the time to reflect on your stay with us. We are pleased that you have already been a guest at our campsite several times and that you were generally satisfied with the friendly service and your stay in the chalet.
We regret that you felt the lack of included... entry to the swimming pool was unfair. As we have a total of over 80 accommodation units on the site, we have to regulate access to the swimming pool separately. Unrestricted, free entry for all guests of the rental accommodation would exceed capacity and severely restrict the recreational value for all visitors.
With regard to the instructions and rules in the accommodation, we would like to emphasize that these are primarily intended to show consideration and protect the facility. Sanctions are always intended as a last resort; respectful interaction is our top priority.
There is also plenty on offer for older children, so perhaps you can bring them along next time.

When booking via our own online booking system, our guests have the option of selecting... the camping card directly, in which case the discount is of course automatically taken into account. For bookings via external portals, however, it is unfortunately beyond our control whether and how such discounts are offered or displayed.
We therefore recommend that you book directly via our website if you have special requests or benefit programs. This way we can ensure that everything is recorded correctly.

Regarding your comment on the dog fee: We understand that it may seem high at first glance. The fee goes towards the care... and maintenance of our dog infrastructure, from the large exercise area and poop bag stations to the increased cleaning effort.
We also want to act in the interests of balance on the site: Many of our guests travel without a dog and quite a few have respect or even fear of dogs. As we already welcome numerous four-legged friends to the campsite, the fees also help to keep the number of dogs at a comfortable level for everyone, so that dog owners and non-dog owners feel equally at ease.

Wellness area nicely laid out. Unfortunately not visited we were there too short. Shopping facilities available and normal prices, no rip-offs like some other places. Eating out is also possible.
We liked it all... round. I don't know if it's as nice during the vacations because there are lots of things for children to do. The place was quite empty now. I wouldn't want to be there when it's fully booked. Otherwise I would like to go again.
