The staff everywhere (reception, restaurants, supermarket etc.) were very friendly, competent and helpful.
The sanitary facilities were always very clean, spacious showers.

Play barn great, indoor playground nice but unfortunately constantly frequented by children too big (over 10 years) who unfortunately show no consideration for small children. Dryer for 4 euros only brought clammy laundry. The water... at the campsite was turned off for 6 hours without explanation. The animation at Easter was great, but no Easter fire and only a tiny fire pit for the bread on a stick. Swimming pool very small, we didn't visit for the price as we found it too expensive. The wristbands for the wash house were annoying and difficult for children to use on their own. But wash houses clean and well maintained. The first time in our camping life we got upset about Viking chess on an empty pitch, that would be forbidden, I have never experienced that before. Dog area nice, but a huge puddle at the entrance, could have been filled in. Overall a nice vacation, but due to the smaller negative points mentioned we would probably not come back.Automaticky přeloženo.

We went home a day early and still had to pay....
Otherwise the campsite is very nice... and very well maintained....

Very child-friendly and the children are offered a lot...
We have 3 boys between 9 and 12 years ...
It was still a very nice vacation for all of us...
For reception I would only give a grade 2....
Because some people showed no interest...

However, the Hadeby wash house does not seem to be cleaned by them, there was a feeling that the toilets had not been cleaned for several days. The soap dispensers never worked.
There is a... general lack of towels in the toilets/bathrooms. Occasionally there are the devices, but they don't really dry.
We wanted to go with Hedi on Easter Sunday, but unfortunately we waited in vain. The children were very disappointed. The bouncy castles and the equipment there are broken or sometimes very damaged. The bouncy cushion was never inflated at the designated time.
The area around Miniby could not be used at all. No trampolines or roller coaster. The children would have loved to ride them.
The swimming pool is not for children.
On the whole it is a nice place. Despite numerous signs, dogs are repeatedly taken out to do their "business" on the cliffs in the immediate vicinity of the campsite, without any consequences! A lot is already included in the price, for example the nursery, the bouncy castle hall and the Camper Active Center. We deliberately charge for the swimming pool as... an additional service so that it is not overcrowded and our guests can swim in peace. This way, everyone can choose exactly what they want to use.

I booked 4 nights, of which 3 days were only permanent rain and yet I can say that I was very satisfied! The site offers a lot, whether indoor or outdoor, and the Baltic Sea is just a few minutes' walk away! The dogs have also been thought of, as there is a very large meadow and a separate agility area. But what we noticed in many places: A few more sentences at the check-in "here you are, here are the sanitary facilities, etc.", then the signage is completely missing! Be it at... the sanitary facilities (toilets, washing machines, sinks, family bathrooms, everything!) So also, here it goes to the beach, here it goes to the festival meadow, all signage was missing. Unfortunately, the site plan also needs work, the lettering is very unclear, small and blurred. We would love to come back when the weather is better. We had an XXL pitch and needed it, a normal pitch would have been almost impossible for us to drive on without a mover with our "ONLY" 560 Hobby. Otherwise everything was nicely parceled out. The 10 kilometer long side road from Eckernförde to Kl. Waabs is not for beginners with a wide caravan, as the road is very narrow. But that's complaining on a high level.Automaticky přeloženo.
