Der Campingplatz über sich
First Camp Stensö-Kalmar is beautifully located on a peninsula in Kalmarsund. In the surroundings you will find many beautiful beaches and areas to explore. This is a popular place to relax for both locals and tourists. With the lovely town … center of Kalmar only a short walk away there is always something to do. More than the lovely days in the sun by the beach Camping Stensö also offers beautiful walking trails, possibility to rent bicycles and canoes, a mini golf course and a playground with a bouncy pillow. During peak season there is also many kids club activities for the children. Kalmar offers events for the whole family and has for several years been voted to “the number one summer city of the year”. From the camping site it is 3 kilometers to the city center of Kvarnholmen with a beach, boutiques, cafés, restaurants and the popular square called Larmtorget. If you want to go for day trips Kalmar is the perfect starting point for visiting Smålands glassworks and Öland with its many tourist attractions.
