Nils W.juli 2025PositiveA very well-kept, clean facility with extremely clean, modern sanitary facilities. It's also nice that short stays are possible here in the high season. The location directly behind the dyke is great. There is something for children with a nice playground and good entertainment. Even small children could take part in the entertainment. We only used the snack bar on site. The currywurst was very tasty. Supermarket with a good selection and fair prices. Once again I would like to emphasize the cleanliness of the wash houses. This is definitely top notch!NegativSome pitches a little narrower. Here and there narrow places for caravans with a width of 2.50 m.Very well-kept placeWe were only there for a weekend. The planted hedges provided a nice retreat. It was very quiet considering the size of the site. The sanitary facilities are also excellent. A small suggestion on our part is that perhaps a few more garbage cans could be set up where you can dispose of poop bags ect when you are out and about with the dog. We missed that a bit. Super: extra high toilets in some places, extremely comfortable for people who may be physically impaired - and for my partner, who is 2m tall. Suggestion: shelf for glasses... in the shower cubicles. The only drawback for me as a person with walking difficulties: no direct parking space available at the wash house for caravans. But that's just the way it is. Sunset Farm is fantastic for children. Very friendly staff. Clean sanitary facilities. Great supermarket. Dog run is also lovingly designed. Highly recommended overall. For me personally, unfortunately, too high a proportion of permanent campers and classic... site rules. You wait for electricity, can't leave the site before 8 a.m., there are garbage times. It's all a bit reminiscent of classic permanent campsites on the Baltic Sea, which we unfortunately had bad experiences with as a family with three children. For us personally, a little more lightness and fewer fixed awnings would give the site more charm.Automatisk oversat.
