There is everything you need, a restaurant, a very well-stocked store with reasonable prices, SUB for rent. A paradise for children, there is a lot on offer. Unfortunately, the beach consists only of stones, but you can't have everything. The sunset directly over the Baltic Sea is amazing! ❤️☀️

Despite the breed of dog, we were made welcome and given very friendly instructions. It was a relaxed atmosphere, even when parking the caravan. No specifications, only the minimum distance should be observed. Very clean sanitary facilities and... the use of the showers was possible without annoying stamps. The passage with the car through the barriers was problem-free with license plate recognition and without a lunch break, which we took as very relaxed.
Great location, great restaurant (Bootsmann) at the entrance and a nice beach bar (Cosy) behind the dyke, where a sun terrace on the roof is currently being built. Now there was a beautiful lawn with beach chairs and tables, very nicely bordered with wild flowers.
The boatman's kiosk (by the beach sauna) was unfortunately always closed when we wanted to try it out, the opening times didn't quite match those on the door, but there could be many reasons for this.
Our 17 year old son would have liked a few more activities for his age, there was plenty on offer for younger children. The adults also got their money's worth 😊.
The dog meadow was also a mega great offer!

There was... also plenty on offer for the kids: Animation, playground, go-cart rental etc.
They also got their money's worth with sports.
The kids loved the Sunset Farm, great alpaca tours and great rides as well as great riding lessons. Until it started to rain then apparently all the dog urine came out of the ground so that our awning stank of dog waste. We don't have a dog and it was an absolute disaster. Some dogs simply had no training and were aggressive. Admission only with proof of a dog school would prevent... such a thing. The sanitary facilities were clean and the store well stocked. It would be nice to have a book exchange shelf so that the books are not lying around in the sanitary building. I also didn't like the sink right next to the toilets. It takes far too long at the bakery. The food truck simply can't cope with the amount of people - maybe you should ask others. Dog poop was also sighted again and again I just do not find so tasty even on every walk you could see dogs doing their business. Negative were the cyclists and scooter riders. On the way to the sanitary house north, no bike path (side) I was hit almost twice by a cyclist or scooter driver. I have no eyes at the back!!!
Apart from that, cyclists were rather inconsiderate.
