No quick stroll in "Burg" possible.Our first visit to WallnauWe had been looking for an alternative campsite so that we could be more mobile on the bike tomorrow. The Wallnau campsite is perfect for this.
You can really enjoy the peace and quiet there in the low season. Thanks to the team.

The beach is right next to the campsite, you just have to know that it is a pure stone beach (not my thing)
The store at the campsite has a good range with no exorbitant... prices. At the entrance there is a sign that dogs are not allowed in the store (is normal) but it would be nice if you could attach "hooks" somewhere to attach the dog. Even the little ones are catered for with a baby bathing area. The site is well looked after, the campers all kept to the quiet times and the children quickly made friends. We also really liked the modernized wash house. We knew the old wash house before the renovation. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the sauna due to construction work, but that was certainly necessary. We also liked the restaurant on site.

I think it's a shame that as a dog owner I was shunted to the furthest corner of the beach. There were no beach chairs there. These were only available in the dog-free beach area. The location directly behind the dyke is great. There is something for children with a nice playground and good entertainment. Even small children could take part in the entertainment. We only used the snack bar on site. The currywurst was very tasty. Supermarket with a good selection and fair prices. Once again I would like to emphasize the cleanliness of the wash houses. This is definitely top notch!NegativnoSome pitches a little narrower. Here and there narrow places for caravans with a width of 2.50 m.Very well-kept placeWe were only there for a weekend.
