They have everything you need for dogs and kids. There’s even a small on-site supermarket where you can get everything from fresh rolls in the morning to sand toys for the kids!

I do have one criticism regarding the quality of the pots and pans! We stayed in rental trailer 102, and it’s impossible to cook properly with the pots provided there. The coating on the frying pan we used is peeling off, the cutting... board is cracked, and there aren’t enough pots. Since this trailer is designed to accommodate up to 5 people, any cook will reach their limits trying to prepare a decent meal for 5 hungry vacationers.
This isn’t a criticism, but it’s important to know that for the beach (which is all rocks), you absolutely must bring water shoes to get into the water and to be able to stand in it.
Otherwise, we were thrilled with the Kurhaus and Physio Floh, who was able to help me.
The sauna and other facilities are also top-notch.
Keep up the good work, and we’ll definitely be back...

Der Platz ist sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Wir hatten es dicht zu den Sanitäranlagen und zum Spielplatz (toll fürs Kind), da wir mit unserer kleinen... Tochter unterwegs waren. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sehr sauber und bei der Musik bekommt man am Morgen direkt gute Laune. Es sind alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Einkaufsladen am Platz ist modern und auch das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen. Für unsere Tochter haben wir einen Ausritt (führen) gebucht und auch dort waren alle sehr nett. We were there without a child, but there are plenty of recreational activities for kids.
The Bootsmann restaurant comes highly recommended. The service is friendly, and the food is excellent.
We rented a trailer.... The built-in kitchen has everything you need. Overall, it’s very modern and well-equipped.
Unfortunately, the beach is a pebble beach, but it’s still okay and located right next to the campground.

In our opinion, improvements should be made to the entertainment area. Television should be off-limits. The excessive noise is disruptive even for children. We collected stones on the beach with our grandchildren and painted them... in the “Oasis” using the markers provided. Other children liked the idea and joined in.
The clown/magician/pirate was very well-received by the audience, especially thanks to the educational activities.
The Sunset Farm rounds out the entertainment package with horses, llamas, and alpacas. We took advantage of everything.
The grocery store offers everything you need for daily life. The day gets off to a great start with fresh rolls. The prices are higher than usual.

Ole esimene! - NKN K.August 2026Top spot!!We come to Wallnau every summer with three dogs and three kids, and we’re very grateful that we were able to keep our D10 campsite again this year. Spending time with our kids of different ages, as well as our three dogs, is above all laid-back, family-friendly, and wonderful!
One positive thing to... note this year is that the supermarket’s selection has gotten even better (fresh fruits and vegetables and vegan products)!
The evenings with the DJ are a blast for all ages! The sunsets are a dream.
Also, the sports program was much better than in previous years, and yoga in particular was really well-received—the instructor was great! Unfortunately, the evening yoga sessions were very rare and always packed (especially if you want to do something during the day—it’s awesome, and hopefully there’ll be more of them in 2027). Also, the yoga sessions unfortunately ended before the end of the summer break in Schleswig-Holstein; we would have loved to go again during the last week.
After all these years, the morning arts and crafts sessions are still a huge hit with the kids (even if they end up making the same things twice). And there was a parent-child arts and crafts session this time, too—the only downside being that the themes were repeated.
The restrooms were always clean! Friendly staff.
