Thank you very much for your feedback. We’re sorry we weren’t able to fully meet your expectations for your stay. We’re glad to hear that you found our restrooms clean. Of course, there shouldn’t be any technical issues, and we’re always grateful for specific feedback so our team... can investigate and resolve them as quickly as possible. Our central trash station is intentionally located off-site. Freestanding trash cans are quickly raided—especially by the numerous seagulls—and the trash ends up scattered across the grounds. We also take note of your feedback regarding the playground equipment. On our spacious grounds, we offer a wide variety of play and recreational options for different age groups, all of which are regularly inspected and maintained. It’s a shame that this wasn’t enough to convince you to visit us again.

Budite prvi! - FSFrank S.august 2026The campground isn't worth the number of stars it's rated.Right after we arrived—and after we parked in the wrong spot—we were greeted very rudely and scolded; the same thing happened at the trash area when we asked the lady a polite question. She responded in a snappy and unfriendly manner.
The restrooms near us were completely covered in swallow droppings;... furthermore, the restrooms were dirty, and some of the showers had a very unpleasant odor.

Treating our guests with kindness and respect is a matter of course for us. We regret that you had a different impression both upon arrival and at the... trash area, and we will address your feedback internally. Swallows nest in some of our restroom buildings. These birds and their nests are protected by law and must not be removed or disturbed. Unfortunately, this means that swallow droppings cannot be completely avoided. Our restroom facilities are thoroughly cleaned once a day and checked again in the afternoon, with additional cleaning as needed. However, dirty toilets or unpleasant odors in the showers do not meet our standards. If you encounter such issues, please let us know at the front desk so we can address them immediately. We take your personal experience—that you’ve found other campgrounds to be friendlier and cleaner—very seriously. We’re sorry that we weren’t able to convince you of the quality of our campground during your stay.

The entertainment was great, the store is very well-stocked, and the prices are reasonable—even for a campground. What we found a bit unfortunate was that the dog beach is very far from the entrance.
The nudist... area is right in front of the dog beach, and there was a lot of foot traffic in the nudist area. It would be nicer if they swapped the areas so that the dog beach was closer to the steep entrance.

We completely understand your comment about the dog beach. However, the location of... the dog beach was determined by the municipality, and we cannot simply swap it with the nude beach area. The dog beach begins behind the nude bathing area and extends from there for several hundred meters toward the next campground; in return, our four-legged friends have a nice, long stretch of beach available there. We’re all the more delighted that you had a relaxing summer vacation and definitely want to come back. We’re already looking forward to seeing you!
