Even for the children there is a lot on offer during the vacations and the playgrounds are just great. The supermarket has everything you need and the staff were very friendly. The cleanliness of the campsite is great and you can't complain about the sanitary facilities either. Everything is very clean and well maintained. We arrived at around 3 p.m. and asked for a pitch, which was answered with no as everything was full. We then drove to the large parking lot from where I contacted the campsite again by phone and was promised a pitch for the next day.... Sorry, nobody has to understand.
About the pitch:
Sufficient free and large pitches for motorhomes. The sanitary facilities are always super clean, several times a day. The store had all the bread rolls etc. you need for breakfast. I think it's good that you introduce yourself once and let us know that you've arrived.Campsite Norsee-CampThe sanitary facilities and the kitchen for washing up were always very clean and tidy. My absolute favorite is the Camper Clean for the caravan toilet. There were even 2 of them, one at the sanitary building and the other at the camper van disposal point. Very nice. By registering in advance using the... vehicle registration number and details of the pitch, you could drive directly to your pitch without registering. Whether employees of the CP, stores, restaurants, bus and train, etc. That's not the case everywhereNegativnoI can't think of anythingShort vacationWe stayed at the campsite for three days and thought it was great. It was quiet, which was probably due to the end of the season - wonderful for us. We went for long walks along the dunes, took the train to Norddeich or went on foot. Our dog was welcome everywhere. Even on the bus on the way to Norden... - absolutely nice bus drivers who patiently answered all questions from everyone - even those from people not on the bus who had questions at the bus stop.

The campsite is always clean and very well maintained. The showers have been renewed and are also clean. There is also a small but excellent corner shop (supermarket), a restaurant (highly recommended) and a fish stall (you can also order fish there) right next to the campsite. The rear toilet facility is closed from 11:00 to 13:00, absolutely impossible time span where you have to walk to the front in the rear part of the campsite.Feedback to the campsiteWe had a wonderful time in Norddeich, the area up there is very beautiful. In general, we found that the general staff at the reception, the person at the checkout in the grocery store and the workers outside were not necessarily as friendly, there is still room for improvement in terms of customer friendliness.... On arrival I didn't get the pitch 603 that was allocated to me when I made the reservation, with the comment that that's just the way it is with us. As we didn't like the first allocated pitch, we were finally allowed to go to pitch 603 the next day when we asked again, so why wasn't this done from the start? Even outside the main session where we were with you, some of the caravan compartments were completely full, while other cells were completely empty. Apparently, even outside the session, no attention is paid to not standing so close together. Very unfortunate, which is why I chose a 3, as we were not allocated a pitch from the start and the strange filling up of the pitches. Unfortunately, the toilet facilities were very dirty and unclean. I am aware that this is caused by campers and some of them are real pigs.
