The pitch was spacious and the site as a whole was completely clean and well maintained. This also applies to the sanitary buildings. The supermarket has everything you need, especially for breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. If you are here with a camper van and the weather doesn't allow you to cycle, then you can only walk to Norddeich about 1.5 km. Not a pleasure in wind and rain. There are bus connections from Norddeich. Our pitch was often used as a dog toilet, the droppings were removed but it wasn't nice. When allocating pitches, you should make sure that guests who do not book with a dog are allocated appropriate pitches.RatingDespite everything, we would book the campsite again and recommend it to others. The supermarket has everything you need.NegativnoWLAN is a disaster.Good campsiteThe WLAN only worked poorly. There was no reception at all in the cabins (North Sea waves). You had to go outside. This was only possible with a cell phone, it didn't work at all with a laptop.
The resort is quiet and well-kept. You could get everything you needed in the supermarket.
I wouldn't necessarily... recommend the restaurant because of the short opening hours. I wanted to eat there spontaneously on Tuesday (had just arrived), but only just managed to get a seat. The site is very centrally located. You are quickly at the ferry docks to Juist and Norderney. The surrounding area is easy to explore by bike. You are made to feel stupid just because you didn't know that the return of a box is not before 10am. We were on the day of departure and left at 09.00. I found it rather incompetent.Too expensiveWe booked the pitch at short notice. In the confirmation it said that we could stand at the "dog place" (which didn't bother us) but we were surprised because we were the only ones without a dog and there were still free places at the motorhome place.
The sanitary area at the front of the reception was... clean but I would probably have needed much less water if the regulator had worked. The water was either cold or far too hot.

Washrooms at the reception a bit outdated.Great campsiteWe spent just under a week at the campsite with our tent. As I said, the tent pitches are unfortunately right next to the compost heap, which dog owners unfortunately also use as a dog toilet.
There is a lot on offer for children as well as entertainment, a large playground and two smaller ones. The... location is really great, you can be on the beach in just under 10 minutes if you are a good walker. The supermarket has everything you need, the bread rolls there are very tasty and can be recommended, as can a visit to the pizzeria.
