A little more expensive due to the health resortRelaxation on the North SeaFor us personally, the plot where we stood was too small and the soggy ground was not very pleasant. But that's just a personal opinion. Just a nice campsite with lots on offer. Just one example: the fish snack bar that is on site from Tuesday to Thursday. It's something great and very good for us Swiss. Highly recommended. Very friendly.NegatívumokThe only disadvantage for us as Swiss was the barrier when driving in and out, which sometimes didn't work. It probably didn't always recognize our number.Summer vacation 2025There are always negative and positive things to write about. Everyone has their own opinion. For us as Swiss, there are only positive things to report. We had a very good pitch with lots of peace and quiet and good neighbors. We are completely satisfied with the campsite and if everything works out we will be back here for 2 wonderful vacation weeks. A big thank you to the whole team at the campsite. Good starting point for cycling tours to Greetsiel, Neuharlingersiel, Norden and of course for day trips to the islands of Juist and Norderney.

The bread rolls were delicious. Nice that there is also a program for children. Unfortunately we couldn't use it because we were busy. But will do so next time.NegatívumokThe toilet in front of the tent meadow had no light during the day, which you don't really need. As the cubicles are blue, it was quite dark in the toilet in the weather. My son was quite scared at first. The water in the showers made me personally nervous as I was under a cold shower as soon as someone else had water on.Wonderful vacationIt was our first time there and we were really pleased.

Approx. 6 pitches share a separate area with their own access road, and the access roads are very well signposted so that everyone can find their pitch without any problems via very good, wide paths. The supermarket... offers great bread rolls and has very reasonable prices. You can also find everything you need for small purchases here. The wash houses were very nice and always, really always very clean. There are great playgrounds and entertainment for the children. There are food trucks on site several times a week and the pizza in the pizzeria was also very tasty. The location is great, right behind the dyke and just a few minutes by bike to the beach and the promenade. There are plenty of bike racks everywhere. As soon as someone leaves, the pitch is mowed.NegatívumokThe garbage cans could be better labeled so that you know directly what belongs in them.Highly recommended ☺️☺️We were there with the caravan. The pitches are large, you can easily park your caravan and car on the pitch. Water and electricity are available on site. There is a pizzeria and a grocery store for your physical well-being. Fresh bread rolls and cakes are available without pre-ordering. The childcare... starts in the morning, there is singing and playing, there are rental bicycles, Kettcars and other things for the campers. All you have to do is cross the road to the dam, climb the stairs and enjoy the fresh air. Everything is done to make young and old feel at homeAutomatikusan lefordítva.

I took my daughter, son-in-law and the two granddaughters (4,7) with me. Everyone was so thrilled and pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it was/is. As soon as we arrived home (NRW), we made our first plans for next year. The nearest cash machine is in Norddeich. Unfortunately, you can't get money quickly there.
