- TDTanja D.August 2026PlusuriWhat I liked best was that the guest card allowed us to use the mountain railways for free. That makes the value for money outstanding. We paid €62.50 per day. That’s actually a lot for a campground by a river in the mountains. But considering that, it’s excellent. The small temporary restroom is very nice. The other restroom facilities are relatively new and functional. And spotlessly clean, even though the campground was completely full. The little restaurant on the grounds is very nice. The sites facing the river are beautiful. Great view of the mountains Bus stop right at the campground Bike path also right at the campground.MinusuriThe street is right next to the campground. You can hear it from the sites right next to it, too. However, it’s very quiet at night. The drainage in the showers isn’t great. There’s also very limited space to hang up your clothes. The vegetarian pizza we got was pretty tiny for €15.Super friendly & super cleanWe'll definitely be back. However, we'll try to get a spot that isn't right next to the street.

The campground is very quiet, even though there are many families with young children here, as well as lots of hikers with dogs.... Local amenities are top-notch, and the dining options are excellent and delicious. The strong commitment to environmental sustainability is also particularly noteworthy. It definitely won’t be my last. The campground is in a beautiful location, and there’s a bus stop just a minute’s walk away. The staff was friendly throughout my stay. They offer a morning bread roll service, and the restaurant serves excellent food. The restrooms were clean and modern.

We stayed at the campground for two weeks. The staff recognized the children, and they were able to get their own sandwiches. The staff was always cheerful and helpful. We had a really nice spot on the tent field—a very spacious one, too. The restrooms were always... clean. (Occasionally the water was cold—if I have to mention one minor negative.) There was a great atmosphere at the campground. The stream behind the campground is a real bonus. It’s a great place to play and cool off in warm weather. For the kids, there’s a soccer field and a playground, both of which are well-maintained. They made friends quickly and played a lot of soccer.
The campground is a great base, and there’s so much to do in the valley. The staff is always helpful and goes out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
The property is exceptionally well-maintained; the restrooms are cleaned several times a day and are modern. The restaurant offers a good selection ranging from pizzas... to regional cuisine and vegetarian dishes.
This was our fourth time there, and we’d definitely spend our vacation there again—especially since the pass for free access to the mountain railways and the Walser Bus is included in the room rate.

The surroundings are beautiful—green alpine meadows with gorgeous flowers, really charming alpine huts, and delicious food. Our favorite was the mountain cheese from Käsestadl in Hirschegg.
