In the middle of the mountains and a river right next to the campsite. Gastronomy with a creative menu. Playground and table tennis for the children. The comfort pitches are great.NegatívneGastronomy is far too expensive for us as a family. Also unaffordable for the good quality as a normal family. We find this too expensive for a campsite and spoils the good overall picture a little. Booking option for comfort pitches not possible and was not taken into account in the additional text from the boss. We were then colored in a part of the place. The worst pitch we have ever been on. And no alternative was found.Actually... but thenWe can definitely recommend the place. The Walser Card is great and allows you to use all the lifts. You could go for lovely walks with the dog directly from the campsite and also go cycling/mountain biking. Of course, the use of the cable cars was great, so you could easily explore the mountains.
The site was very clean, I've never found... showers and toilets so clean anywhere else. Right down to the garbage collection area, everything was perfectly maintained.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The whole Vorderboden team was super nice, the sanitary facilities were always clean. The baked goods were all delicious. We should also mention the fresh milk, which we enjoyed every day. We really enjoyed our stay. In contrast to the other campsites in Oberstdorf/Kleinwalsertal, we had enough space on our pitch for the motorhome. We were aware that the site was quite remote. This didn't... bother us because the bus stops right in front of the campsite and runs really frequently. The facilities were very good with a small camping store, bread service and restaurant. The cakes on offer were very good, as were the other hot dishes we ate. The sanitary facilities were very well maintained and were cleaned several times a day. It was always very clean. We would stay here again at any time, hopefully with better weather. Then it would be perfect.
