The entire campground is incredibly neat and clean—the restrooms, the pool, and the green spaces. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The baby bathroom facilities are subpar. It’s an unheated room with a walk-in shower stall. There’s a freestanding baby bathtub on the floor that you can place inside the shower stall. This really doesn’t work at all… At a 4.5-star campground, you’d expect more. For example, a baby tub built into a countertop. Or at the very least, a tub at the right height. In addition, there’s a lot of noise carry-over, and it goes on late into the night. The hedges and greenery aren’t very tall, which makes you feel like you’re packed very close together. For example, you can hear the pool and the kids’ club very clearly even from the farthest spot.

No shade on the tent field by the playground Sharp pebbles on the ground of the campsite plot The pool was pretty cold; according to the reception desk, it was supposedly 25 degrees, but when a place advertises a heated pool, I have different expectations for the water temperature; we were completely cold after 10 minutes at the latest; I had chosen this place mainly because of the covered, heated pool so that the kids would have something to do in bad weather; unfortunately, that didn’t work out

As usual, it was a great place to stay at the campground. Friendly staff. The campground manager makes a very positive impression. Very neat, tidy, and clean. Great! All in all, everything was great.

The only thing that didn't work well was the Wi-Fi at spot B03, even though we paid for it. So that's something to improve.

Great service, cleanliness, and flexibility are the strengths of Mondseecamp. We really enjoyed this short stay this year as well.

A nice and clean campground. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facilities, such as the laundry room, restrooms, and showers. It's great that there's a pool and a restaurant on the campground.

The only downside, in our opinion (and I don’t think the campground can do anything about this), is the guests who stay for just one night. This is because the campground is used as a stopover. As a result, there’s already a lot of commotion early in the morning in terms of

Great dog off-leash area, plenty of dog rest areas, a swimming pond for dogs, a walking loop that includes a stream, spacious campsites, a clean washhouse, and a very friendly, accommodating staff.

The shuttle only picks up people, not dogs.

The beautiful location and the adult-friendly atmosphere—there are even more positive aspects, but I've already mentioned my favorites.

I wanted direct access to the lake—that was my mistake when booking. I had no complaints about the campground itself. Everything was great, even during peak season when it was very busy.
