The pitches are nice and green and also large in category G.
It was pleasantly quiet at night.

Shopping facilities are also easy and quick to reach. The whole site is very well maintained and the pool is a particular highlight. The wash house was quite well cleaned for the masses of guests. The restaurant directly on the Platzl... is also good with a fair price/performance ratio.
The campsite is also perfectly located for excursions in the surrounding area.

- Marcus K.Ιούνιος 2025ΘετικάIdyllic location, sufficiently large pitches with a view of the mountains, bread rolls without ordering, showers without tokens, close to hiking and cycling trails, pool, dog run and meadow, no shower tokens.ΑρνητικάNoisy due to the terraced shape of the pitch, no bike station with tools and air, no child-friendly toilets and washing facilities, restaurant not open daily.Idyll on Lake MondseeWe were there as a couple and had a good rest because of the secluded location. It was quiet at night. The sanitary facilities were modern and clean. The reception and the groundsmen were friendly and very helpful.
TIP: you don't need the mobility card for Salzburg, but can park at 4 P+R parking lots... for 15 euros until midnight and use public transport in the city for free.
The Salzkammergut Card only gives a discount of 10 to 25 percent. There's more in South Tyrol.
The pool was only of limited use because of the many children, so we cycled to Schwarzindien to the beach bar, where you could swim in the Mondsee.Αυτόματη μετάφραση.

Especially the "man for everything" is super friendly, always in a good mood and quick to help with any problems. The location of the campsite is quiet, a bit remote, but it's still only 2.5 km to the nearest shops. The town of Mondsee can be reached very quickly by bike. Salzburg and many sights are also within easy reach by car.ΑρνητικάThe leased restaurant located directly at the campsite has a nice beer garden, the food is ok, but the price-performance ratio is not good at all.Great campsiteOverall, a highly recommended campsite for young families and couples. You can also clearly see that dogs are very welcome, especially with the dog shower, separate walking routes and a fenced off area. We don't have a dog ourselves, but didn't feel disturbed as it was still very quiet on the site and hardly any barking could be heard.

There were a few bicycle accidents during our stay due to the gravel path. We found it difficult to get up the steep part with our caravan.
