Everything very clean and well-kept. The swimming pool was too warm for us, but otherwise ok.
Unfortunately there were far too many dogs at our time. We realize that, but it is not pleasant when you are eating and the dog pisses in the meadow in front of you.

Perhaps 4 unisex toilets and a cubicle with urinals would be better. - On some days the croissants were sold out quite early. - In the restaurant we only missed the classic Wiener Schnitzel and the Kaiserschmarn tasted a bit different than usual. - The Salzburg menu was not quite clear to us - but we neglected to ask again. - WLAN is only free in the lounge.Great stayVery nice yet manageable place in the Salzkammergut. All pitches very clean and nicely laid out and everyone has their privacy. Both wash houses very clean and well maintained. Also the cleaner we met very nice. The possibility of washing dishes. On two different levels is very great, the adjoining restaurant only to recommend... price-performance ratio very good and very large portions and hardly any waiting times.

On arrival we were warmly surprised, the team from Camp Mondsee Land checked the pitch plan again and made it possible for us to get a pitch for 3 nights after all....without having to move. We were really pleased and think it was a very good and successful service. The entire site is very clean and well maintained.
If anything could be improved, the range of fresh fruit and vegetables in the store could be expanded.
Otherwise... there is a free shuttle bus to the surrounding area.
Public transport can also be used free of charge, although this all has to be activated online.

I understand the groundsman that the ground then becomes rotten and can't breathe, but if it rains a lot you quickly get wet feet. But that wasn't a problem for us, we still had an old carpet underneath and we think it's very good for nature. It's not a disadvantage for us.Again and againWe have been there several times in recent years and are always impressed by this place.

The location in the middle of the fantastic mountain world is simply beautiful and there is a lot to discover in the immediate vicinity. We particularly liked the friendliness... of the hosts, the clean and modern sanitary facilities, the beautiful swimming pool and the really good restaurant right on the campsite. The extremely friendly and helpful groundsman, who saved us from a muddy mess on our arrival and the first few days in the constant rain, deserves special mention here. In general, the pitches were in surprisingly good condition despite the bad weather. The size and the unobstructed view of the mountains were also great. We were guests at Camp Mondseeland for the first time and had thought when booking that the campsite was a little closer to the lake, so we were always dependent on a car, as the inclines were difficult or impossible for us to manage as a family without an e-bike.
