We were warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. The sanitary facilities were really nice and clean, so we felt completely at ease there.
Breakfast was an absolute highlight! The selection was great... and we wanted for nothing. The store on site also had a good selection, so we were able to buy everything we needed for our stay.
To sum up, we can say that we were extremely satisfied with our stay at the Podhaus. We will definitely be back and can recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in the area. Our friends also liked it very much 😇Automātiski tulkots. - Katrin K.maijs 2025PozitīviBeautiful, quiet location on a slope with a fantastic view of Lake Constance (at least from my pitch) - Extremely clean and modern sanitary facilities - really well maintained at all times of the day - Several washing-up stations, which avoids waiting times and is super practical - Very friendly and helpful staff - Clearly laid out, well-kept pitch where you can find your way around immediately - Dogs are allowed - a big plus for me - Good opportunities for walks directly from the pitch - Night-time peace is consistently observed, which makes for a wonderfully quiet atmosphere - Pitches with shade and beautiful views availableNegatīvaisThe strict night-time rest period ensures that the site is wonderfully quiet - but also means that you are not allowed to leave the site until 8 am. If you like to leave very early for excursions, you should plan for this. It wasn't a big problem for me, but it's good to know.Almost too beautiful to drive onMy dog and I felt incredibly at home on this campsite! My semi-shaded pitch was right on the edge, with lots of privacy and a fantastic view of Lake Constance - simply beautiful. But if you prefer to lie in the sun, there's plenty of opportunity for that too. I would particularly like to emphasize the... modern, extremely clean sanitary facilities - absolutely well maintained at all times of the day. The several washing-up stations are super practical and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. The whole site is quiet, well laid out and very well maintained. What makes the site special for me is the wonderful location: nestled in a shady forest, which makes for wonderful walks in warm weather, and the hillside location means there are always impressive views - whether from the pitch itself or while out and about in the surrounding area. This makes sense, as there are few guests in the bistro at this time. However, the evening atmosphere on the terrace would invite you to linger.Very quiet campsiteThis was our second time at this wonderful campsite. We would love to come again. Very nice reception. The sanitary facilities are great! Plenty of space, well-functioning showers and very clean! We stayed in the Familiehuus, which is simply but functionally furnished. However, it lacked a bit of coziness. Unfortunately, the cleanliness... here left something to be desired (clouds of dust under the bed, dishes partly dirty).

It is very well maintained and has beautiful and very clean sanitary facilities.
The staff are always very friendly and courteous. The restaurant with store and its range of food... and goods are highly recommended. Here you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the Untersee. The breakfast is fantastic and very plentiful.
We stay at this campsite every year and are already looking forward to our next stay in August.

These are huge, but a large area of the site is graveled.
As a dog lover, a fenced-in dog meeting area would of course be the non plus ultra,... but even so there are lots of great opportunities to take the dog for a walk.
