We were warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. The sanitary facilities were really nice and clean, so we felt completely at ease there.
Breakfast was an absolute highlight! The selection was great... and we wanted for nothing. The store on site also had a good selection, so we were able to buy everything we needed for our stay.
To sum up, we can say that we were extremely satisfied with our stay at the Podhaus. We will definitely be back and can recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in the area. If you like to leave very early for excursions, you should plan for this. It wasn't a big problem for me, but it's good to know.Almost too beautiful to drive onMy dog and I felt incredibly at home on this campsite! My semi-shaded pitch was right on the edge, with lots of privacy and a fantastic view of Lake Constance - simply beautiful. But if you prefer to lie in the sun, there's plenty of opportunity for that too. I would particularly like to emphasize the... modern, extremely clean sanitary facilities - absolutely well maintained at all times of the day. The several washing-up stations are super practical and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. The whole site is quiet, well laid out and very well maintained. What makes the site special for me is the wonderful location: nestled in a shady forest, which makes for wonderful walks in warm weather, and the hillside location means there are always impressive views - whether from the pitch itself or while out and about in the surrounding area. It is very well maintained and has beautiful and very clean sanitary facilities.
The staff are always very friendly and courteous. The restaurant with store and its range of food... and goods are highly recommended. Here you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the Untersee. The breakfast is fantastic and very plentiful.
We stay at this campsite every year and are already looking forward to our next stay in August.

These are huge, but a large area of the site is graveled.
As a dog lover, a fenced-in dog meeting area would of course be the non plus ultra,... but even so there are lots of great opportunities to take the dog for a walk.
