The site is generously laid out with lots of nature, very modern facilities and always clean. The nice and good restaurant with the very friendly staff and also the nice reception staff must also be mentioned positively... only disadvantage: without a reservation there is no place :-)Negativne straneNo seats without reservation .... is just well frequented....Camping between mountain and riversee above - great location - everything modern and clean and spacious - very good food in the restaurantAutomatski prevedeno.

There were many short walks for families with children in the surrounding area. The playground was also ideal for a warm day with the shade and the water playground. We will certainly come back another time. My wife says maybe consider having some "loaner" bikes on hand for quick trips into town or especially for kids that forgot to bring a bike. So... pretty much we don't have any complaints.We will definitely be returningWe did a little research before we came and this place seemed quite nice from the online impressions and reviews. Our experience exceeded our expectations. We will be returning, for sure. In addition to all the things you can find online (infrastructure, services, etc.), which are all true or better... than described, I would also mention that I found the staff to be noticeably on-point, professional, and friendly. The restaurant was also a surprising highlight, with both the food and service exceeding our expectations.
I'm from the US and my previous camping experience was all in the wilderness, strictly avoiding RV parks. So this was a new experience for me, and I was just pretty well impressed. It's more mixed elsewhere.Evaluation of the campsiteMy stay at the campsite was a complete success. The location in the middle of the impressive Lofer mountains is simply fantastic and offers a perfect backdrop for relaxing days in nature. The very well-kept and clean sanitary facilities, which make your stay even more pleasant, deserve special mention....
The reception was extremely friendly. I was particularly pleased with the personal gesture on the occasion of my birthday - a small bottle of sparkling wine as a gift. Such lovely details make the stay special and show the high service orientation of the team on site.

Large family bathrooms, which can also be rented for the duration of your stay (except in high season).Negativne straneThe family bathrooms are self-contained but unfortunately very bright.Excellent place in wonderful surroundingsIn addition to the comment above, I would also like to mention that we were on the river (UF22) and had a rental cabin in sanitary building 1. We cannot provide any information about the other sanitary blocks and pitches.
All pitches are gravelled with a lawn area.
We would also like to emphasize the... possibility of having a massage on site. The masseuse Sonja is great and has eliminated all back problems.
The restaurant on site has a good selection and we enjoyed it.
The small store has a daily bread roll service. You shouldn't expect much more. But that doesn't matter, as MPreis, Billa and Spar are within walking distance in about 15 minutes.

I'm a big fan of the wash houses (House 2). Lots of privacy and always clean!

The XXL places and the sanitary facilities are really fantastic. There is a lot to do in the area and within an hour's drive there are many other attractions. The access roads and pitches are all spacious without exception and also suitable for larger vehicles. We were right next to the Saalach. The sanitary facilities were spotlessly clean at all times. The XXL family bathrooms are also great to use... for guests with disabilities, but there is no access for wheelchair users. However, there is a designated wheelchair-accessible toilet in the main building. We also really liked the structured parking instructions. In the restaurant you can enjoy great food at reasonable prices without any restrictions. The Wellnessalm is really beautifully designed... Pure relaxation!
We also treated ourselves to massages and were completely delighted. The entire staff was friendly and helpful at all times, even when things were hectic. The area around the Grubhof offers families and sports enthusiasts plenty of opportunities and excursion destinations; as a guest with a handicap, I was able to enjoy a very active and relaxing vacation here thanks to the infrastructure, flat cycling and hiking trails and the entire Grubhof complex.
