Location, connection to hiking trails and access to the water are very good.NegativaThe order on the tent meadow used to be better. The advertised generous space is no longer a given, everywhere a tent is stuffed in between or a camper is placed in front of the nose. And unfortunately the cleanliness in the sanitary house on the tent meadow (I looked at the others) left a lot to be desired. Loose water tap for example. Dirt under the toilet seat not cleaned even after three days. And even if it is a luxury but necessary today, among other things for the guest card, the WLAN is really miserable.Camping vacationAll in all, it's a great campsite and we like coming here, perhaps we were unlucky because it was very warm. The river provided lots of entertainment and the pass for the elevator and pools and bus were also very nice. We enjoyed ourselves! For children who like to play soccer, a good soccer field would be nice. Make a deal with the local soccer club and municipality (subsidies) and build an artificial turf field. That would... provide benefits for everyone. You could then play good soccer even in less weather. You have enough space for it. Children meet there and that promotes togetherness.

I found the campground a bit "atmospheric". As far as I'm concerned, more could have been done about meeting people. Especially for the children (summer vacations) and especially with the weather. Very large XXL pitches. One part of the pitch is gravel, one part is meadow, you should place your motorhome/caravan with awning on the gravelled area of the pitch with the door facing the meadow, this is also logical. We don't understand why some people are... complaining here.
When you arrive, you are advised not to walk across other people's pitches, and this is also stated again on the pitch map that everyone is given. For us, this is also a matter of course. Unfortunately, people still walk over other pitches, sometimes even cycling over them. There is also an extra area for campers with dogs, this is located at the exit of the campsite in the direction of Saalach, but dog owners still walk their dogs in the dog-free area and let their dogs do their business on the pitches. But the campsite operator is not responsible for any of this, it is the fault of the inconsiderate guests.
There is also an area where only campers without children are accommodated.
The XXL family bathrooms live up to their name, they are really spacious and beautiful.
In the room with the sinks you have a beautiful view of the mountains, unfortunately no window can be opened here and the sun heats up the room in summer.
In the months of July and August you get the Saalachtal guest card. This entitles you to a number of free admissions and rides. The pitch price for the XXL pitches is therefore reasonable.
My husband even received a small gift from the campsite for his milestone birthday, something we had never experienced before.
The restaurant has an upmarket price range, but it also offers high-quality food.
There are also other restaurants within walking distance in St. Martin, e.g. d'Henasteig`n is a good and inexpensive restaurant that can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.

The family bathrooms are some of the best we have ever seen and clean at all times. The large and spacious plots offer good privacy at all times and lead to a lot of peace and quiet at night. The lack of a midday rest is therefore not a problem... at all. Unfortunately, there are always people who can't read. The camperclean was also used during the night rest, even at 01.00. The campsite could remedy this by means of a closing time in the machine (as seen on other campsites). But the main problem is the people who use it despite the sign. The pizzas from the campsite's own service were of excellent quality both in the restaurant and as a takeaway. The mini market covers everything you need, even if you forget something at home.
