We would like to explain to you about parking: Guests with a parking space naturally have a parking space directly on the premises. During the barrier closing times,... the parking lot in front of the barrier can also be used free of charge, so there are no costs for our guests.
It is a pity that you did not find our reception team as helpful as you would have liked. Friendliness and support are very important to us and we will take this up again with the team.

-In the children's bathroom by the baby baths the shower heads are broken.( The water was coming towards me because the hose with the head was not completely attached/broken).
- In the scullery 3 out of 5 sinks do not work and... the water runs out of the tub.
- The toilet washer does not clean! That means I pay 2€ so that I have to clean my toilet again by hand because everything is still in it!
Everything was not repaired until the end.
The showers barely had warm water in the morning (this was also not responded to).
The children's playgrounds are very outdated and not really imaginative. It's mainly just old plastic "castles" with slides, some of which are not accessible because there were young rabbits???!!!!
Absolute rabbit plague!!! Rabbit droppings everywhere. Walking barefoot is simply disgusting.
The children's entertainment is a joke!!! Not a trace of animation! For example, we took part in the street chalk art, the woman put a box on the floor and sat on the wooden partition at the main playground and animated her own children! Everything else was eat or die! Impossible really! She could have at least made an effort, because there were children there, but she just lost the fun extremely quickly because nothing came up and she didn't even talk to the children. Then she ran down the street with her children picking berries from the bush and came 5 minutes later and sat down again and waited until the time was up. Then the same woman at Glitzertattoos. No smile, no friendliness and the motifs scribbled by hand somewhere on the arm then mixed glitter on it and done! No nice stencils and separate color where the children can choose something! Just absolutely unloving!!!
We didn't get any information about this on arrival! You could at least prepare an info sheet that says on it:
- That you need many 1€ pieces
- That the change machine is only in the reception
is available.
- That certain offers cost money and you have to go back to reception to get them.
- That certain fish and chicken stands come on certain days etc.
It was just as loveless a reception as the animation.
The VR game offer is extremely overpriced and the gentleman who is there is friendly but you can tell that he has no desire to work! And what a surprise he is part of the animation team....
I would have more to say but I think that's already a lot....
These 5 stars were given many years ago and should definitely be revised!!!
The beach access is a pain!!! But you can nod for that I just think now....
All in all it was not a 5 star stay and I was annoyed about some things which were ignored. But it seems to be normal, because on arrival a guest had also complained a lot about certain things and it was cheekily smiled at...

We stayed at the Paul Heide campsite in Klein Waabs with three adults and a 10-month-old baby and can only say that we were completely thrilled!
The site is very well maintained, the sanitary facilities are always clean, modern and really pleasant to use. We particularly liked the fact that everything... is also very lovingly and practically designed for children - as a family you immediately feel welcome. We were also absolutely impressed by the leisure activities on offer: varied, well thought out and something for young and old.
The pitches are spacious, modern and beautiful - you immediately notice that a lot of emphasis is placed on comfort and a feel-good atmosphere.
One small point we would like to mention: We rented bikes (2 e-bikes and 1 normal bike). Unfortunately, there was no child seat for the e-bikes, which was a bit of a shame for us. This would certainly be a great addition for families with small children.

From arrival to departure, it is absolutely well thought out. No long waits, just quick processing.
Apart from that, the campsite has a good structure and layout, making it possible for anyone to get anywhere they want to go quickly.... Given the size of the site, a bike/scooter can be helpful. There is a lot on offer for adults and especially for children.
The price is reasonable for what is on offer.
We had a great time and would go again.
