The campground is beautifully laid out and very well maintained. We stayed there with our dog. At this campground, campers with dogs and those without are accommodated in separate areas. That’s very nice.

There's nothing there.

Here you’ll find a beautifully maintained, well-organized space. A digital experience from start to finish—it makes everything so easy. The restrooms are easy to find and very clean, thanks to the nightly “fairy godmother.” Visually, both the snack bar and the restaurant are eye-catching and make you feel right at home. There’s plenty of space for recycling.

Unfortunately, you can only book a general area online, not a specific spot. The prices at the snack bar and in the restaurant aren't exactly budget-friendly for a campground.

Vacations always seem to end too quickly.

An island with many beautiful sights. The Baltic Sea plug is still holding tight. The lighthouses are still shining, too. Sun 🌞, wind, water, and rain ⛈️ Nice, cheerful people.

Unfortunately, the day there is only 24 hours long, too. The week is only 7 days long, too. The vacation ends way too quickly.

This beach isn't really the typical beach you'd expect. There was a lot of blue-green algae there in September. So swimming wasn't really an option—though with those temperatures, it wasn't really possible anyway. It's just the Baltic Sea.

As always, everything was perfect.

It’s located right on the Baltic Sea, with its own beach and pier. Dogs are not allowed in the area with a view of the sea 🚫 Burgstaken—specifically, the harbor—is within biking or walking distance. The bike path, which runs along the waterfront, is very nicely landscaped.

We didn't notice anything

The campground has a park-like atmosphere and is very well maintained. We had a nice, spacious site for our 8-meter trailer. After 30 years of camping, this was the first time we didn’t get wet feet in the awning during a heavy downpour.

The access road to the camp is a little too narrow.

We had everything we needed :) The only thing: Activities for teens were missing

1) The order and cleanliness of the campground, 2) the restrooms and all their amenities are very clean and tidy, 3) the dog-free areas are clearly separated, 4) there aren’t “NO ENTRY” signs everywhere, 5) its close proximity to the beach, 6) and last but not least, there’s plenty for children to do. All in all, a very nice campground. The restaurant and the small shop are also worth recommending.

My wife and I would have liked to be able to use the sauna at any time without having to sign in beforehand. Otherwise, everything was fine.

If there's one thing that absolutely must be mentioned here, it's that we would like to ensure that a rental pool is cleaned regularly as well.

The site is very well-maintained and spacious; the restroom facilities are at least 4-star quality.

Nothing really—the access road to the property needs repairs, but that's certainly a matter for the municipality.

We were there with our family—our children are five and eight years old—and we really appreciated that all the staff were friendly from start to finish. The entire stay was very positive. The kids were able to keep themselves busy all day long doing their own thing at the campground. There were plenty of options—playing soccer, riding scooters on the obstacle course, or doing arts and crafts in the activity tent. The campsite was very spacious, and from the front, we had a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.

A beautiful, well-maintained campground in a prime location. Top-notch restroom facilities, sports facilities in the on-site gym, shopping options (small supermarket), restaurant and fish stand, playground and sports field, You can quickly reach Burg by bike or car. Very friendly reception staff!

Everything was great. Everything was easily accessible on foot or by bike.
