The self-service store has everything you might need on the spot as a camper.
The wedges at the Ankerbar are delicious—that’s all we ate.
Unfortunately, the dog beach is very narrow, and when the waves are rough, it’s hard to reach it across “the water.”
There’s only... one dog shower for the entire campground (and it’s located down by the water). It would be nice to have two additional dog showers so that pets can cool off in between and to spare older people the strenuous “climb.”
The staff, no matter where they worked, were always friendly and kind.
The restrooms were very clean.

What’s really annoying is that there are no campground rules; everyone can do whatever they... want, whenever they want.
All day long—and even at night in the dark—kids and teens drive around the campground like maniacs until an accident happens one of these days.
You’ll look in vain for staff on the campground.
The absolute shamelessness is the road for arrival and departure—there are no rules there either. The road from Rerik to the campground looks like a potato field; maybe they could use some of the tourist tax and those outrageous parking fees to dump a little gravel on the shoulders.
