The restrooms are cleaned frequently; everything was very clean. The cleaning staff was super friendly. We also really enjoyed the restaurant with its ice cream stand and the Ankerbar.
Check-in and check-out via QR code is very easy and helpful.

We always have an amazing time here—we’ve mostly had great weather, we’re always in the front row, and the location is unique—simply wonderful!
However, every year we complain about the terrible Wi-Fi reception—or rather, the complete... lack of a connection. These days, that’s just standard—especially at a star-rated campground. We also miss having trash cans; recently, a dog owner left a bag in the flower bed by the Ankerbar—it was just disgusting!
And we feel that the beach is getting narrower and narrower, especially at the front near the entrance, in both directions.

Unfortunately, we found that the dog beach does not live up to its name. We unfortunately had the same experience in Rerik. As a result, we drove to the dog beach in Kühlungsborn several times. It’s also unacceptable that there’s no... satellite reception in this area of the campground. It shouldn’t be a technical problem to extend the TV cable from the bungalows. I was encouraged in this assumption by a statement from a receptionist, who mentioned that there are tourist sites in the central area of the lower part of the campground that have a TV connection at the utility stations.

I had to pay an extra 15 euros for that hour!!! If I hadn’t, I would have had to move my RV away from the campground. I’m not just a one-day guest—I booked for a week.
