We stayed in your Apartment No. 6.
The room is in desperate need of renovation. The kitchen is old and cobbled together. The front door is made of glass, so anyone can see right through it. The fold-out bed is completely unusable. The floor lamp is crooked and broken. The couch is grubby.... The curtains are from 1980. There’s no sun protection on the windows or on the balcony.
There’s no light at the entrance to the building, and you have to guess where the staircase is. There are lights in the hallways outside the rooms, but none of them worked.
There are also lights at the front door to the building, but they weren’t working either.
In our opinion, the apartments are in urgent need of a basic renovation.

The facilities are good, with a small supermarket, restaurant, cocktail bar, spa, etc. There’s even a well-equipped gym and a physical therapy center. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. Einzig ein Optimierungsvorschlag: Auf Grund der Lage des Platzes (ohne Kfz oder Fahrrad) ist es zu Fuß ziemlich weit, um nach Rerik, Kühlungsborn usw zu kommen. Da wäre es sinnvoll, wenn es ein oder zwei kleine (E)-Autos zur Miete gäbe.
Wir haben solche... Angebote schon auf verschiedenen Campingplätzen gefunden. Die nötige Infrastruktur ist bei ihnen ja vorhanden.
