For us, it was definitely too loud and too chaotic. You have to constantly watch out so you don’t get hit by bikes or scooters. We haven’t experienced anything like that at any other campground... so far.
We really liked the concept of the mini-market, but the selection definitely needs improvement. It was very hot during our stay, but we couldn’t get a six-pack of water there. They only sell individual 0.33-liter bottles at inflated prices.
It would be great to have a restaurant on-site; the Currywerk isn’t everyone’s cup of tea.
The restroom facilities are fine and clean; they’re cleaned very regularly. - GDGerda D.Avgust 2026A very nice campground for families with dogsDogs aren’t just allowed—they’re welcome! That was truly a highlight. Everything is really well thought out. There are two sections of the beach where dogs are allowed, one of which has a playground. Anyone with kids and a dog knows what a relief that is. There are SUP classes for people and their dogs,... and a really beautifully landscaped dog park right in front of the campground. But they’ve really thought things through in other areas, too—the camp kitchen is great, and there’s a kids’ play area, a slide, and a foosball table. The currywurst stand is great and also offers vegan options. The staff is very friendly.
