Gaby G.April 20264.0Gaby G.April 2026PozitivnoDigital booking system and check-in Quiet and clean, great location Good price/performance ratioNegativnoNone foundPhotos and description of the homepage correspond to realityWe spent our maiden voyage with caravans on the part of the campsite in front of the dyke on pitch D8 and were very satisfied.
Our pitch was sufficient for our 8.87 x 2.50 caravan with awning.
The sanitary containers and sanitary facilities on the main site were clean at all times. Camperclean is available... for 2 euros.
Bread roll service 365 days a year 😉, the nice employee in the self-service store told us. We particularly liked the milk knots and rose rolls. Good selection in the store.
Café with delicious cakes, also to go.
We visited the restaurant twice and were very satisfied both times with the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff.
The overall cleanliness of the campsite should be mentioned, especially all around the "dog highways", little to no waste. Many dog waste bags/disposal stations are kept ready and replenished. There is a fenced-in dog run and dog beach.
The price in our time was 39.90/night, including pitch, up to 6 people, pets and electricity, waste disposal and showers on the main site. We will definitely be repeat offenders, because we really enjoyed it.Аутоматски преведено.2 kampera su označila ovu ocenu kao korisnu. - 5.0RSRüdiger S.April 20265.0RSRüdiger S.April 2026Pozitivnolocation Digital booking system and check-in Family-friendly price policy over EasterNegativnonothingBeautiful place directly on the Elbe beachThe booking and digital check-in went without a hitch. The pitches on the Elbe are large enough and the site is beautifully situated directly on the Elbe. Surprisingly good: over Easter, up to 6 people could stay in one vehicle/plot at no extra cost. The sanitary facilities are adequate and clean. Showers... in the main building cost nothing, on the banks of the Elbe you have to pay with chips (1,--€). Due to the location in the nature reserve, however, this is reasonable. The small store on site is well stocked. The restaurant looks good, unfortunately we didn't get to try it.Аутоматски преведено.Одговорио Stover Strand Camping 21. April 2026.Thank you very much for your review of our Stover Strand campsite. The sanitary facilities were 🔝. The only criticism is that the waste disposal area is only open for one hour a day. We would love to come back ☺️Аутоматски преведено.Одговорио Stover Strand Camping 29. A little tip for next time: You can also dispose of your garbage outside the regular opening hours of the garbage station, just get the key for the garbage bin at reception.
Best wishes and hope to see you soon!Аутоматски преведено.1 kamper smatra da je ova ocena korisna - 4.0SEStefan E.Oktobar 20254.0SEStefan E.Oktobar 2025Very nice locationA very nice place with a very good location. Great restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff where you can not only have a relaxed beer but also two more😅
What we did miss was some lighting on the banks of the Elbe.
It was really difficult to find our way around in the dark when we arrived late. A few lanterns or something would have been really nice 😅Аутоматски преведено.Одговорио Stover Strand Camping 29. Decembar 2025.Hello and thank you for your good feedback on your stay with us at Stover Strand.

Unfortunately, we didn't like our berth in the harbor again this year. There are hardly any parking spaces for harbor berths. The barrier times or rest periods are an imposition in a harbor that depends on the tide.
Unfortunately, the situation has not improved in recent years,... quite the opposite. We have been here in the harbor since 1986 and don't know whether there will be another season for us.
Kind regards from the Gerber family.Аутоматски преведено.Одговорио Stover Strand Camping 29. Decembar 2025.Hello and thank you for your feedback.
We would like to briefly mention that this is not a camping pitch, but a boat mooring in the harbor of the campsite.
Unfortunately, we have no influence on the general conditions such as the tide and the effects of the adjacent nature reserve. We will be happy to... check for you whether you can switch to another berth that is more suitable for you. Simply contact the reception on site or send an email to [email protected]. We would be very happy if you continue to be guests in our harbor!Аутоматски преведено.Još nijedan kamper nije označio ovu ocenu kao korisnu. Located right in the center by the shower house and playground or in the great nature by the Elbe.
We liked it very much and had a nice stay to explore Hamburg.
The sanitary building was always clean and nice and warm!
Unfortunately, the... restaurant was quite expensive, so we didn't eat here as a family with 4 children and then really looked for and found cheaper restaurants in Hamburg.Аутоматски преведено.Još nijedan kamper nije označio ovu ocenu kao korisnu. Best view in the first row of the Elbe.
Unfortunately, the pitch is not level. If you don't have lifting supports, you have to play with the wedges again after disposal so that the motorhome is level.
Nevertheless, we will be back.Аутоматски преведено.Još nijedan kamper nije označio ovu ocenu kao korisnu. Budite prvi! - 4.0BKBeat K.Oktobar 20254.0BKBeat K.Oktobar 2025Super camping siteThe stay was very pleasant.
