- Gerd H.czerwiec 2025Decelerating stayWe were there in the second week of the Whitsun vacations. The site was not completely full, which had a positive effect on the limited toilet and shower facilities. The site was quiet and the whole environment was very relaxing. What really bothered me was the disposal of the gray water, which was only... possible at the motorhome pitches, walking distance several 100 meters. A no-go with a small bucket. This should be possible in other places despite the limited conditions. I didn't find that you have to pay to shower on the homepage beforehand. Here, too, a small downer; the shower time of 3 minutes is enough for us men (mostly), for women with long hair the time is too short, which is annoying if you don't have a second shower token with you. The disposal of the camping toilet via the vending machine was very positive. A good and clean solution and the €2 is fair.
Overall conclusion: The site corresponds to the descriptions on the homepage, is very simple, but idyllic and relaxing. We had the bike with us and were out and about a few times, enjoying the flat, very rural countryside.
If we ever go north again, this is definitely an option. The rating is (unjustifiably) a bit distorted because we simply couldn't answer all the questions. Another shower container would certainly be possible. Unfortunately the 4 dishwashing points did not work.
