Rolf M.oktober 20265.0Rolf M.oktober 2026PozitivnoA great, very clean, and well-maintained campground with a wonderful atmosphere.NegativnoThere's no such thing! 😃The Perfect WeekendA wonderful stay with a super friendly and helpful team. We especially appreciated that they went out of their way to make sure we could get two campsites right next to each other with our coworkers. That’s not something you can take for granted, and it made our weekend even better. Thank you so much for the great service—we’d love to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Samodejno prevedeno.Še noben kamper ni označil te ocene kot koristno. - 5.0MMMartina M.oktober 20265.0MMMartina M.oktober 2026PozitivnoWe were greeted very warmly and were allowed to choose our own spot. Everything was very straightforward.NegativnoThere might be a slight odor in the back area during the summer when it's warm, since the macaw is right behind it. But it was fine for us.A very warm welcomeWe had a nice campsite, clean restroom facilities, a small dog beach, and walking trails right along the lake—though dogs must be kept on a leash since it’s a nature reserve. We didn’t take advantage of any other amenities since we were just passing through.Samodejno prevedeno.Še noben kamper ni označil te ocene kot koristno. Bodite prvi!

A spot where our living-quarter trailer had plenty of room all around it.NegativnoWe were able to observe how campers and would-be campers disposed of their gray water and black water. Unfortunately, God has different kinds of people.Great placeWe received a friendly welcome at the front desk right from the start, even though we had booked well in advance.
A top-notch campground, kept clean and tidy by all the staff.
The restrooms were always spruced up in the morning.
We had absolutely no complaints.

The restrooms are very clean.NegativnoNothingA very beautiful place with a wonderful, idyllic settingWe stayed one night at the campground on Lake Sempach. The staff was very welcoming, and everyone at the restaurant was very friendly, too. The lakeside location is great, and there’s a swimming pool. The restrooms are very clean… everything was tip-top. - 5.0FRF. R.september 20265.0FRF. R.september 2026PozitivnoFriendliness, Location, Peace and QuietNegativnoA run-down swimming pool restaurantHighly RecommendedThis was our first time at this campground—and certainly not our last.
The campground is set in a very natural setting right on Lake Sempach, with direct access to the lake and a small beach, a swimming area with a large sunbathing lawn and a fine sandy beach right next to it—free access for campground... guests.
A big shout-out to the reception staff: very friendly, helpful, and absolutely guest-friendly. The entire facility is very well-maintained, with very clean restroom facilities available in sufficient numbers, and pleasantly spacious campsites.
Shopping options at the nearby larger supermarket (5-minute walk).
Since these aren’t operated by the campground, this isn’t a criticism but merely a note: the on-site restaurant and shop are absolutely not recommended—prices are high, quality is minimal; just your typical beach resort self-service.

It’s very quiet and beautifully situated by the lake. A walk around the lake is about 20 km, with several sights along the way, including a Calida outlet and the Ramseier cider mill. It’s a 20-minute walk to the small town of Sempach,... which has some good restaurants. The reception staff were super friendly. Booking and payment were entirely digital and went off without a hitch. We received helpful information in advance via email. Tomas Z.september 20265.0Tomas Z.september 2026PozitivnoBeautifully located. The campground is in very good condition. Very friendly staff at the front desk.NegativnoUnfortunately, we didn't have the code for the back exit at the campground. It wasn't a big deal—we just drove around it. ;-)The B-Turtle Project Was a Complete SuccessBefore we arrived, we received excellent advice on choosing a spot. We decided on a standard site for our tent. It was a great, quiet location near the campground’s amenities.
This was our first time traveling with a B-Turtle bike tent. The project was a success, and we’ll definitely choose this way... of camping again.
Thanks to the campground staff for the cable reel and the charging connector. That way, we were able to fully charge our e-bikes and cell phones overnight.Samodejno prevedeno.Še noben kamper ni označil te ocene kot koristno. Bodite prvi! - 4.0
Mimane H.avgust 20264.0Mimane H.avgust 2026PozitivnoLocationNegativnoPlots are quite smalla little tightThe location by the lake is quite nice. However, we found the sites to be very small, with little space between them and our neighbors. And we had already booked a larger site, even though we “only” had an average-sized RV.
The restrooms in our section were pretty run-down, but they were okay.
All in all, it’s a perfectly acceptable campground, but we think 5 stars is way too high.Samodejno prevedeno.Še noben kamper ni označil te ocene kot koristno. If you’re traveling with a dog, there are plenty of pleasant surprises, such as a dog waste disposal area, a dog shower, a small fenced-in dog run, and a small dog beach. At the back of the campground, you can use a code to go straight outside for a walk.NegativnoIf you bought something at the restaurant on the campground, it was quite expensive. However, you can also shop at the nearby Coop.A Wonderful Vacation at TCS Camping SempachNice, clean restrooms; a clean beach—one for people and a small one for dogs.
