The check-in staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The site was spacious and clean. Drinking water was available right on the site. The beach was almost Caribbean-like.... The restaurant and shop had a great selection. The nearby Coop is just a 5- to 10-minute walk away.
I enjoyed my stay so much that I’m thinking about booking a 14-day stay in September.

Plenty of space for 4 people, practically equipped, and if you rent the bedding, everything is ready for you to feel right at home. Unfortunately, the premium site we booked didn’t have either fresh water or wastewater connections on the plot. The plot doesn’t have much shade.Summer Vacation at the LakeThe campground is beautifully situated right on the water. There are shopping options on-site or at Coop and Migros, which are within easy walking distance. Unfortunately, the premium site did not have fresh water and wastewater hookups on the plot as described. There’s no playground! There’s very little... shade. The restrooms were clean. There were often very long lines for the restrooms and showers. The dog parks, the dog beach, and the dog shower were really great! Unfortunately, quiet hours were never observed—it was often noisy until after midnight, and in the mornings, as early as 6 a.m., there was loud chatter from adults and screaming children.
The staff ignored our requests to address the issue. What a shame!

Our tent was swarming with these ants every day, and no one could help us. You have to make sure your tent is ant-free on your own. It was exhausting trying to get the bugs out of the tent for a full two weeks. They don’t let you know when the code for the gates changes, so you end up standing there like an idiot in front of the gate that won’t open because you weren’t told the code had changed.I highly recommend itEver since I was a little kid, I’ve gone to this campground every year to visit my grandparents, who had a trailer. Now I go there myself with my kids to camp. We were there on vacation for the second time this year and will be back again next year.
The time spent with Rolli and Simi was great. It was... a lot of fun, and the weather was on our side, too.
There’s a beautiful sunset to watch, plenty of places to play, and it’s always very clean. Access to the beach isn’t wheelchair-friendly. It was a little better at the nearby swimming area, but still not ideal. There’s no dock providing access to the beach. It felt like coming home, and we felt completely at ease right from the start.
The campground’s location is simply fantastic. The facilities are outstanding and offer... everything you need for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the numerous activity options—both at the campground and in the beautiful surrounding area.
A big shout-out also goes to the entire team: All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and their great service ensures that guests always feel welcome.

We’ve unfortunately experienced this ourselves: people were shouting loudly, slamming doors, and playing music all night long—even at three in the morning.Unfortunately, some guests forget that this is a campground and not a festival.I suggest conducting hourly checks throughout the night. A nice, clean campsite. It’s just a bit of a shame that you can barely see the lake because of the tall reeds. Still, we enjoyed a beautiful sunset every evening. It’s quiet in the evenings, and there isn’t much noise during the day either.

It’s definitely an ideal vacation spot for families with children, with the swimming area right next door. For us as seniors, it was sometimes too noisy. But that’s something you have to accept when you go to such a family-friendly campground... during peak season.
The restroom facilities, complete with a tastefully decorated lounge area, are modern and always spotlessly clean. A huge compliment to the cleaning team.
The restaurant right next door offers excellent cuisine, in our opinion (we especially enjoyed the Thai dishes).
