I would like to raise the following relevant issues:
There was a marten living in our accommodation. When we were shown the apartment, your employee said they were aware of this. It’s just unfortunate that our nights were frequently interrupted because the animal was very active at night.... So either don’t rent out the unit, report the defects in advance, or reduce the price until the problem is fixed.
The second issue concerns the toilet flush. It was constantly running. This defect was reported on the very first day. It’s understandable that someone wouldn’t come right away. But it’s outrageous to pass on the full cost of the water bill to the tenant.

What I didn't like so much was the bathroom.
The mold and dampness weren't very pleasant. I also missed having a shelf in the shower or a scald guard on the shower faucet.
The mirror lighting didn’t work reliably, and I would have liked to have had a heater. It was pretty cold in the mornings.
We really liked the natural setting!
The proximity to the beach was also nice.

The restrooms are very dirty.
Prices are twice as high as at the 5-star Campingpark Kühlungsborn. The management team at Regenbogencamp should take a look at this. Anyone who thinks that all dog owners follow basic hygiene rules is delusional. People are cleaning up on the campground and within 10 meters of the forest. It’s incomprehensible. The cleanliness of the restroom facilities... leaves a lot to be desired. At comparable campgrounds of this size, cleaning is done on an ongoing basis. The paving stones have been pushed upward so unevenly by soil and root movement that there is a high risk of injury.

Bodite prvi! - UDUwe D.junij 2026No more early bird deals...It all started even before our vacation, after it became known that site 019 had been overbooked a week earlier, even though we had already booked sites 017, 018, and 019 with family bathrooms back in January. It’s one thing that things like this can happen, but failing to correct them afterward is completely... unacceptable. This renders all early-bird bookings worthless. Even after several phone calls, no solution could be found, and the person who booked later ended up winning out.
I’ll just mention in passing that the TV connection didn’t work and we had to get new satellite systems. Also, the loose toilet seat in family bathroom 1 wasn’t repaired until we checked out, even after we complained.
We’ve been coming to Göhren since 2011 and, at times, stayed twice a year—we were always loyal customers and satisfied. Now that we’re retired, we’d have even more time… what a shame!
