Dear Sir or Madam,
We would like to thank you very much for the wonderful stay at your campsite. The location is... really excellent and we really enjoyed the wide range of events and children's activities on offer.
However, we would also like to mention a few negative points that we noticed. Unfortunately, wash house 2 was in very poor condition: very dirty and even moldy, defective fittings, damaged washbasins and loose toilet seats. It was particularly unpleasant that the water in the men's showers did not drain and stood up to the ankles (photo available). In addition, the water hardly got warm or remained cold even after a long time, and unfortunately there were no shelves for shampoo or shower utensils.
Furthermore, it was a shame that at the current prices there is no WiFi available on the pitch - in this day and age this would be a standard we would have expected.
We very much hope that these shortcomings can be rectified in the near future and look forward to being able to enjoy your pitch again in an improved condition during our next stay.

Of course you can't help the weather and mosquitoes. But!!! For showers that are completely moldy, that water drains badly and you stand in the neighbor's waste water, toilets that are dirty, lamps that are defective and a faucet that was leaking from the day... of arrival until departure and constantly running water, you can do something for that! Hygiene and cleanliness in wash house 2 were absolutely inadequate. No soap, disinfectant in the dispenser, toilet paper missing and clogged toilets. Can happen, but must be rectified as quickly as possible!
Quality management is lacking here!
There is also no lighting on the stairs to the wash house, which is questionable for safety reasons.
Our daughter couldn't stand it and moved to her uncle's vacation home in Baabe after a few days.
After 2.5 years of camping (10 camping vacations), this was our (your) most expensive and worst campsite.

The bed linen provided by the camp was covered in dark, dirty stains. The shower drain was clogged with long hair and dirt so that the water could not drain. We ended up using glasses that were provided to us and then placed them where... the cleaning staff could see them. The glasses were left by the cleaners and we were not given new ones.
